“Had a little issue with being able to pay the deposit online, had to wait till the next day to pay it. It was done but with a £20 charge. Everything else was easy enough.”
“All fine until I changed my car. Tried to do it online but it told me I couldn't and had to phone in. Phoned in to be told because I'd phoned rather than done it online it was a £50 admin fee! I refused as it was their system not working being the reason why I had to phone in.”

“go skippy was cheap enough on my insurance but when I found another company to go to after 12months getting my proof of no claims bonus was a sham 5 times in 3 weeks they were sending it by email and by post still waiting my new insurance company ended up contacting them now resolved why they do this I don't know they are not helping them selves.”
