“This service was quick and easy to set up and the price looks very good for what they offer. I am slightly concerned as I have not received any contract information or policy documents yet and it has been a few days now. They did say it would take up to the 21st of march but I would normally get all that the same day money has been paid. I hope the service improves in the coming days”
“Online account is pointless. There is not a single document online, and all info is the headings "breakdown" and "legal blabla".
The good is they have been the cheapest insurers and easy to deal with, though haven't needed to contact them particularly.”
“Price good. Loads of small print, excesses quite a bit higher than other insurers. Hard to get same result on quote system twice, same insurance varied by £1000 when logged back in. Had to arrange insurance by phone in the end. Lots of faff. Not as easy as other sites. A little disappointing with the service.”
“When I tried to pay for my wife's insurance it declined my payment. We had to pfaff about transferring the money to her account so I could make the payment from her account.this was even though I confirmed online.”
“I found this site on compare, we chose this one as we thought it was value for money. It took some time for me to get through the form filling, but I got there only to find the price had shot up. We didn’t know why until the next day and found we had put 10,000 miles in each driver’s file, I would have thought it obvious that at our age we wouldn’t be driving all over the country to clock up 20,000miles, so PLEASE double check everything before you send it of, and maybe a phone number for enquiry would be nice, I didn’t find one, maybe because I’m not text savvy.”
