“Had car insurance in goskippy, cos gave me best offer.. but, when i bought second car and tried to just move it.. they refuse it and as explanation they said that car was scrapped - what is not true, before i bought it it was checked by mechanic and all hpi.
So had to cancel insurance and... then by online "miracle" no problem with insurance for the new car. So.. reject was only to charge me for one cancel.
They are cheap, but its shows customer service level..”

“Was very frustrated that the site wouldn't accept my reg number kept saying not found , so had to ring to get the quote I got but then was charged £20 fee to do it over the phone . Despite me explaining the site wasnt working I was still charged the fee . Wasn't happy at all to be honest”

“I am a happy customer with go skippy. I got a good price for my car insurance but received emails about adding extras on to my policy that I already had and I had to call to ensure that I did have them in my policy as the emails left me unsure. After speaking to advisor I was reassured that I did have that particular cover on my contract so all was good again”

I had a bit of an issue with paying online as writhing 1 hour the price went up £60 but was still overall the cheapest. I agree with the below I find it cheeky and un needed to charge £20 fee to set o policy up over the phone .”

“They are competitively priced insurance company. In fact they are the cheapest quote I could find for my motorcycle insurance.
That being said I would say there is perhaps a reason for that. Unfortunately I was involved in a motorcycle accident of which the third party was at fault.
That being said 4th Dimension who deals with the claims side of things didn't seem to fight very hard on my behalf they accepted the first offer that was put to them from the 3rd party which way less then what should have been accepted and I was basically told to accept it and that I didn't have much of a choice.”

“I was with Go Skippy. I got a renewal quote of £1900. This was far too expensive. When I went to comparison sites, I found the cheapest quote was Go Skippy £510.
When I phoned renewals to get a price match, they told me I could only get this price If I didn’t protect my no claims bonus, this was not acceptable to me so I cancelled my policy and re-signed with Go Skippy as a new customer.
This seems ridiculous but this was the only way to maintain the cover I had including protected no claims bonus at a reasonable price.”
