“Awful company, requested further documents to be sent to them by the 27th, and cancelled the policy before then, even though I had contacted my previous insurance company, obtained the documents and sent them by the 24th. Then sent a letter saying they were charging £75 admin fee, and were planning to keep the whole years premium.
Did n’t reply to my emails or answer the phone when I rang”

Even though been insured with them before I had nothing like the hassle I’ve had this time. They’ve asked for so much evidence which I sent them every time they asked. Then had a letter saying my policy was to be cancelled because it wasn’t sufficient!! Yet they took a £60 deposit and also the first payment of the policy. I live with my parents but wanted a utility bill who gets those now? It’s all done by email!! Rant over but would definitely not recommend to anyone.”

Once you become Goskippy customer by buying any policy, afterwards, they charge you for everything other companies don’t charge like if you ask them to amend anything your name or any other details which is a matter of few clicks.
2- Also miscommitment. They told me we’ll ring back after listening recording about a matter but never range.”
“I strongly advise you to stay away from this insurance company. They unjustly canceled my car insurance, they took the cancellation money on it. I don't know if they did it to get the cancellation money. Because of them, I will have to have my next policy done more expensive.”

“I have been insured with GS for the past 4 years and my insurance went down to just £400 with them. I had planned to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it was never a hassle getting things sorted with them. But! Now they have tripled my renewal quote and want over £1200! have had no accidents, made no claims and have always paid on time. I have contacted them a number of times about this and they refuse to give me any answers as why they have done this, they do not even answer the phone. I am utterly disgusted with them and I will never use them again. If I could rate a minus 5 stars I would, avoid, avoid, avoid.”
