“Absolutely total CRAP.having insurance for 10 days they charge me nearly £90 when the site clearly says FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS.spent 3 hours on the phone and on the end they say that all need to be in writing emails and they not respond to it ......USELESS.PEOPLE-DONT BE FOOL BY CHEAPEST use big and reputable companies like Tesco or Aviva.”
“Stay clear. I have tried to contact them to change my vehicle details, just kept getting put on hold. No body would talk to me.
When I do get a human on the phone, somewhere not in the UK, I immediately get put back on hold.
Ended up taking insurance out elsewhere with a reputable company as there was only two months remaining on my policy with Go Skippy.
My advice, stay well clear.”
“This organisation does not have the write to call themselves a company. I have never wrote a review in my life but cant help myself due to the abysmal state they conduct business and how I have been treated. wont refund my money until I return my insurance certificate. never had an insurance certificate to return. all correspondence and confirmation was done by email. spent an hour and ten min trying to get through. then got passed around from one department to the next like a playboy magazine on a building site. each transfer took another 40 minutes plus and was clearly overseas due to the terrible connection and lack off basic English. stay well away from this company they are a disgrace.”

“Absolutely disgusted with this company. They took my money in full. Cancelled my policy while I was away fighting for my country and refunded me a fraction of what I had paid. I contacted them several times at great cost from the gulf and they still cancelled because I didn't have access to the paper part of my licence.

“Honestly if anyone want a car insurance definitely not GoSkippy also the money supermarket should not place them because they are reaping people off in the UK I bought car insurance after paying my deposit deliberately one of their agent I spoke to utter my details and u was told to pay extra £400 for the descrepancy of no fault of mine I requested for my telephone convo I was later told it's their agent mistake since then I could not get hold of them as my car insurance was cancelled by them and got no response from them have tried several calls but can't get no reply sending me to different departments am so stressed and disappointed also the govt should look into this insurance as this is another fraud and ripping people off their money no one I repeat no one should buy any insurance from them”
“I decided to go with go skippy as a insurance provider trust me I'd never recommend them to any one I had been with go skippy in October 2014 my insurance started at £86.00 a month by Jan 2015 I was paying £112.00 a month in Feb 2015 I was in a accident no fault of my own I phoned go skippy to tell them about the accident because by law you need to let your insurance know go skippy did not want to know about the accident said they wernt pursuing the claim I decided to go to win solicitors who have took on my claim as my car was too badly damaged it was written off so I phoned go skippy told them needed to cancel my insurance as my car was written off and had a sorn on it they told me I had to pay the rest of the yrs insurance or still pay my £112.00 a month I asked why pay for insurance if I no longer have a car now go skippy have past my claim to a debt collector which I have now got to pay the remaining £565.00 stay away from these robbing ppl you have been warned”
