Phoned them about making a change in my policy
They put me on hold with the worst music ever for 45mins then cut me off , tried phone back then they hung up on me , then got through to someone else said would look into my account and phone back in 10-15 mins no one phone back
So angry by now tried phoning back as need this sorted out once again they say I will just transfer you to the department and hang up on you x4s , then get through to someone who can't understand let alone speak English
Fuming I'm paying £100 to a company who treats people like this

“Fraudsters do not use honestly after paying £800 for my insurance bit of a joke. I told them of an accident in march 2013 as I don't have nothing to hide I got a letter demanding £600 pound extra saying that thay checked q website and I did not disclose the information . Yeah what ever this corporation is gross negligent and is equal to fraud stay clear it ain't worth it I had to dig around to find reviews isn't that strange”
“Absolutely disgusted with go skippy! So wish i had read the reviews first as most of the reviews sound exactly like my situation! Took out the policy in dec 16 after £117 deposit. To then recieve a letter requesting they needed extra documents. So after calling and being hanged up on, line not available numerous times i finally got through on the 29th. They told me my policy had been cancelled. When i asked to speak to someone i was put on hold for 1 hour and 15 mins then the phone was cut off. When i called back immediately the office was closed. (1pm) office closed over new year and bank holidays. They then took another £52 out of my account for the months payment on the 3.01.17 I called again on the 4th to be told that i owe them another £99 for cancellation fees!!! Even though they addmited that they can see on their system ive tried calling numerious times and didnt get through?!?! You go skippy are nothing but cons and i assure you that im not letting this go and im following this up with the financial ombudsmen and trading standards. You will here from me very soon. My new address has even better secure residential parking compare to street park in old address. When contacted about this, they say its their system which is generating the extra premium and can do nothing about. Stuck with them with no option but pay the extra.”

“Don't waste your money very poor (company) had 10 years ncb and sent proof of it to them they tired to say I don't have any ncb I've been on the road 16 years. And they keep changing the monthly payments to a higher rate because they didn't take deposit on renewal, (Scammers) be careful of them.”

“SCAM!!!! Took insurance out on 22/11/2016 paid £189 and was asked to email documents to them. I did so, and my second payment was taken on 22/12/16. On 23/12/2016 I received a letter stating my policy had been cancelled due to them not receiving documents. I was told to forward proof of the emails I had originally sent and they would get back to me. After hearing nothing back I contacted them once again. Always being left on hold for over 30 minutes every time, incurring a 45p/pm charge, as it is an 0344 number. They then told me that even though I had sent what they asked, the policy had already been cancelled and they could not reinstate it. So after almost £300 in a month I am left with no insurance. The customer service staff are rude, disinterested and eager to rush you off the phone. Wish I had read the reviews first. Absolute scam! Furious!”

“Everyone please read !!!!! This company are scammers !!!!!!!! Seriously they tell you that you have insurance but if you actually check on the motor insurance bureau you have never had insurance there taking people's money first around £200 for a deposit which they ask for your card details first that's when your fucked ! They ask for the correct documents to be sent you send they then tell you that they are cancelling insurance you never had in the first place ! and then £98 after that is taking if you don't cancel the direct debit and order for your bank card to be cancelled and a replacement otherwise they get even more money freely through different names ! cheeky cunts !!by sending you a letter asking for £50 either for cancellation fee or administration fee which can I just remind you I never had the insurance in the first place if you ring don't bother they fob u off like your a joke you will see !”

“I was quoted for my car insurance which I paid a year up front a few weeks later I had a demand for a further £125 saying I had made a mistake when filling in my online form about the date I had purchased the car, I asked them to show me the error and demonstrate how they value the increase if an error had been made also that I had spoken on the phone and had a laugh about when I had purchased the car so they should be able to replay the recording of the conversation, they ignored my requests, they also said they had lost the recording and demanded I pay the increase or have my policy cancelled. a Couple of weeks later I received an email telling me that they had cancelled my policy 2 days prior to emailing me about the cancellation, I called them and complained about the issue, the cancellation leaving driving 2 days illegally and was told they could not discuss the matter as the policy was cancelled. Absolutely disgusting behaviour they ruined my insurance history as I now have a cancelled policy on my records which I have to declare, most companies will not insure me and the ones that do charge me more money. A company should have to demonstrate why you have to pay more than you were quoted also why do they have the power to destroy your insurance history, it seems like a scam or very bad customer service at least. TERRIBLE COMPANY NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.”

“I Started a policy in October and have just sold my car ( I am not buying another) on trying to cancel my policy and gave reason of no car she asked why aren't I keeping my policy ??????I explained I have no car anymore and she informed me to cancel there is a £50 administration fee a £50 cancellation fee and a time of cover charge of £116.60 ( what the hell is this for?) She could not tell me what it was and said to email cancellation and they will break down the fees ! I am disgusted at the charges as when I took out cover I explained that I probably would end cover after 3-4 months and would there be charge to which I was told only cancellation fee !!! Worst insurance I've ever used in 18 yes of driving!”
