“Absolutely terrible customer service. Try to call and never able to get through. In the time it took me to ring and be 'on hold' I was able to find a new insurance quote from different company, fill in all my details and go with them instead. The standard of customer service is rubbish. Had one of the operatives calling me mate and telling me to calm down after the fifth time of calling only to be put through to yet another department to go on hold again and repeat.”

last week i asked the by phone few information about changing address and i have been charged 66£ + 50£ for administration fees even i i stay at my old address. CRAZY!!!
now they give 1 week for pay if not they will stop my insurance.
the funny think is that my insurance is going to expire in 2 weeks.
so, is the 66 £ for changing area maybe???ok than divided and ask me for the 2 weeks remaining. Anyway go with some where else because they charge you money just for asking question.”

I had to cancel my insurance, and their customer service is terrible (that's if you finally manage to get in touch with them). “I wanted a car insurance with breakdown cover. When I received the documents by email the next day I noticed this option wasn't included so I called and it wasn't so I decided to cancel as I was within 14 days cooling off period, it wasn't even one day! Plus my cover was for the start of following month! So they weren't covering me at all! they charged me £50 Admin fee for cancellation saying I get £47,63 instead of £97.63 that I paid as a deposit. I checked their cancellation and nowhere did it mention that! Especially when I am not under their cover! Disgusting. It's theft in my eyes. I am going to make a formal complaint to a higher power.”

“They needed to alter the amount my boyfriend paid a month, but needed his confirmation - they claim they tried to call him but there isn't one call or voicemail from them, just an email in his junk mail 'a message from Katie' not 'go skippy' and they were still taking payments from him so if he scanned over his bank statements it looked like he was insured as they were taking payments. He got 9 points, his insurance is now gone up to £4000 a year and he had to pay £900 to get his van back. He has so much work on at the moment and needs a van. Goskippy are criminals!!!!! If they had made an effort to actually ring him, leave a voicemail, send a letter or a proper email (oh and not been taking payments if they uninsured him) then he wouldn't of been driving around uninsured and getting all this”
