“I haven't had to claim so I cannot comment on that side of things. I have only given 3 stars as firstly I was unable to amend my address on the online portal and upon ringing I was advised to di this, it appears there was a fault. Secondly, £50 to change your address!! What a complete rip off!!! You have to change it when you move or your insurance won't be valid so they have you hook line and sinker. Where in the world does it cost £50 to type a new address into a computer and send an email with updated documents? Not even paper copies so no paper, ink and postage costs... I'm a a loss as to how you can charge so much?”
