“Do not get motor insurance with these people. I took out insurance with them less than a month and I provided them with all my documents and they lied and said they wrote to me about proof of address and instead of calling me cancelled my insurance on the spot they send me a stupid text message saying cancelled. When I rang them up trying resolve issue even provide the information they wanted they told me I had to pay money for debt that incurred?! what debt I would like to know I only just got the policy and I paid out a deposit which covered 2 months. I really should have stayed with my previous insurers Endsliegh who were in fact much more helpful and cheaper”

“My daughter decided to go with these as they were the cheapest,unfortunately her car broke and so she decided it would be cheaper to replace the car.she bought exactly the same car,the same year to avoid any mucking about with the insurance.she spent 1hr and 58 minx on the phone to them where they were very rude and wanted to charge her £213 to change the car over and while trying g to take a payment managed to block her bank card. So when she came home from work her dad phoned up to see if there had been a mistake.so over another hour waiting for an answer he finally got through and from lunchtime today to 630 the price had jumped up £40.they now wantted £251.how is that right.do not go with these robbing gits.6 monthe time we will defo be going elsewhere.cheaper isn't always best”

“I have never experienced anything like I have from go skippy , firstly they had some details wrong on my insurance which on review (playback of recording) was their fault and they charged me £50 admin fee to rectify their mistake. And as it affected my premiums they only gave me back £21 of the £78 return premium. I have emails to back this up. Matter has been reported to financial-ombudsman.co.uk. The staff are all South African and helpful but their hands are tied”

Changing details on your insurance will cost an arm and a leg, getting through to the customer service takes forever! They might be cheap but I will NEVER recommend this company.”
