Last months I ended my policy because I was not happy with the service and company policy it’s confusing and frustrating company. Broker money premium credit insurance policy everything is different department. Unbeliveable charges for cancellation also Shockingly bad service I would not recommended Go Skippy at all. Time on cover from the 31/05/2024 to 23/08/2024. Total days insured 84. CHARGES: INSURANCE (CHARGE BY THE INSURER) = £257.63 CANCELLATION FEE = £75.00 BROKER FEE = £311.91 INTEREST CHARGED BY PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED = £100.09 TOTAL CHARGES = £744.63 PREMIUMS PAID: DIRECT DEBITS = £382.09 DEPOSITS = £353.80 TOTAL PAID = £735.89 Considering the charges for the coverage period and the payments made, there is an outstanding balance of £8.74. still charge me outstanding balance.I am fraidup with this company I request to everyone don’t do any insurance with this company otherwise you have to pay alot money. this is the first time i paid a lot money. it’s never happened before whenever i had different insurance.

I was involved in an accident and they did not investigate the accident properly or fight my case when it was proven that the accident was not my fault they did not chase the witnesses for statements and made errors with the information provided every time I called them they did not seem to know what was happening with regards to the investigation and they have made me feel like they have not bothered to look into this fully the third party did not claim against me for 4 months they made no contact at all then decided to make a claim against me when questioned why it took so long he said they can claim for up to 3 years the woman was speeding and witnesses stated that they saw her come flying towards me I was already turning right so it was my right of way she should have stoped and should not of been driving as fast as she was she also said she did not stop or slow down because she never saw me if she was looking g at the road she would of seen me turning right and slowed down yet I am being made to pay for the accident because my insurance cant be bothered and refuse to look into this further even though the other party crashed into me and made a smarmy comment like it was done on purpose if I were an insurance company I would find that suspicious the fact that after al, this time she is now claiming money from the insurance he said its not my insurance they claiming from even if it was some one else's I would stand up for that person because this was not handled correctly at all

I pay for roadside assistance as part of my policy. They didn’t set it up properly with the RAC and I was refused help when I broke down. Tried to get a refund from them for the tow truck that I had to pay for and now they are ignoring me. Not happy

Couldn't understand the operator at all,I suspect the call centre is in India. what should have been a 5 minute conversation actually took over 45 minutes. £50 fee for amending a VRN change is daylight robbery. I will cancel and find a new supplier as soon as my new car arrives

Avoid at All Costs - Worst Insurance Company Ever! GoSkippy Insurance is an absolute nightmare. I went an entire year without making a single claim, yet they **blatantly refused** to honor my No Claim Bonus. This company is nothing short of a scam, robbing loyal customers of what they rightfully deserve. I provided every piece of documentation they asked for, but they still found a way to weasel out of giving me my bonus. The customer service was horrendous—rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to my situation. It’s clear they only care about squeezing every last penny out of their customers, with no regard for fairness or honesty. Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this disgraceful company. If you want to protect yourself, **choose a reputable insurer** that actually honors its commitments. GoSkippy is a total **fraud.**

I wouldn’t waste your time taking out insurance with this company out of all the insurances company’s I have used over the years this has been the worst customer service I have received. A simple windscreen replacement has resulted in my car being off the road for 2 weeks still no date when it will be replaced after spending half an hour on the phone to them they were unwilling to do anything to compensate for the time my car is off the road or even wave the excess fee while I am still paying the insurance which in itself is extortionate 2.5x what I paid the previous year from under £1000 to £2500 with a extra years no claims and 3 less points, the money the charge for the quality of service the provide is insane

Useless spent a lot of time filling everything out correctly just to get a message saying we were not covered for traveling to work.i checked 6 times that it was filled in correctly but obviously couldn't go any further .please refer to screen shots

Awful service!! Would avoid like the plague!!!!! They do not explain things properly at all and refuse to provide breakdowns of pricing and information until you've already committed to a decision! They are completely uncooperative and inflexible. They over charge massively with hidden fees if you need to cancel as your vehicle died. No suspension of policy option for if you're unable to use your insured vehicle for any reason so essentially during that time you are forced to pay for a service you do not need! Or pay even more to cancel. They trap you into lose lose situations by giving you 14 days to get a new vehicle if yours breaks or policy will be cancelled then want to charge £160 to cancel the policy. Dictate which vehicle you can and can't change the policy to and have to cancel paying £160 if you want a vehicle of different spec even though they do cover for ALL types of vehicle but still won't allow you to transfer it over. Have to cancel and take out new one. They don't care if they are causing you mental health stress and distress and if they are causing financial difficulty. They offer absolutely NO support, options, help, flexibility, information.

after you insure your car with them, you have to confirm 10 times and stay in touch with them and then they ask you to pay the extra money, otherwise they will report you to the credit agencies🤮🤮

I was with them for one year when the time came to renew my policy I done it they have excepted they took money from my account one week later I received a letter from them saying that my policy has been cancelled it took them whole week to send me a letter they should of informed me I could of get 6 points on my license and £300 pounds fines after I received the letter I called them to find out why my policy being cancelled I’ve been told that 3-4 years ego one of the insurance company has cancelled my policy I was soo confused they don’t know which company was that and I can’t remember that either plus I didn't have any issues with it before but now where ever I go I put my details the price is coming up to higher than I expected they make my life too difficult and I needed the car I got family

Spoke with renewal team and some how they have renewed my breakdown cover without asking and was not interested in removing the additional extra when trying to ask about it I was just fobbed off and was told it’s part of my insurance policy

Worst costumer service I’ve received after I’ve provided all the documents they have asked me for they were still not happy and cancelled my insurance and on top of that they still wanted to charge me £200 for cancellation which is I don’t know why also staff on phone don’t know what they talking about when I tried to explain to them my situation they just tried to finish the convo and hang up told me I will get an email in 2 to 3 working days which got me thinking it’s sorted but really not I still need to pay £200 for nothing basically.

Following a bereavment of my named driver i havent been checking my emails. You requested validation docs which i sent on time..however due to thr bereavment was unable to provide for named driver.I advised the representative that please remove the driver however she didnt even ask why and was very abrubt. It is unnaceptable to be treated like this. No ownership was taken and the advisor avoided my query and she released the call. You have left me uninsured charging me a cancellation fee when u have cancelled when i have supplied all info. I have been mistreated. My ref is 00-MESM95PC01 I will share my experience all accross social media.

TERRIBLE COMPANY... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had asked them about updating the drivers licence details on one of the drivers on my policy who had to exchange their UK licence for an EU licence. After they quoted nearly £60 to make the change I asked them to NOT go ahead with the change. They went ahead anyway and made the change, but changed the wrong driver's details. They have now been hounding me for payment of this change, as well as another balance of £35 they seem to have just added to my account for which they don't seem to be able to provide any reason or details. I have asked them multiple times to reverse the charge for the incorrect change they made to the policy and have also requested details of the additional charge. But they simply refuse to answer my questions and just keep threatening to refer the matter to debt collectors if the amount is not paid.
