Worst insurance company ever. Terrible customer service and cannot understand a word any of the staff say

I called go skippy to make a advance payment I was told u cannot pay in advance they told me wait till the dd comes back but I had stopped the DD then I supplied creation the new bank details they where ok with but suddenly I get a letter saying they will cancel the next day giving me no time the letter stated by 23:59 but by 13:30 they cancelled my policy when making payment at 14;00 they supply wrong info over the phone the customer service is rubbish they made me hold for an hour would not recommend them to anyone

This company is a joke they decilned my claim because apparentlly i was using the vechile to get to work when the policy was on for social only but i never used the bike to get to work will be taling this futher as emotional distress and economic loss

Could someone please tell me why go skippy have taken an extra £10 from my bank with out informing me as to why. My normal direct debit when out on time as usal. I'm new to this as I've had a mobility car for over 10years so struggling to pay the £100 a month plus over £20 tax as it is I really can't afford no extras as I'm already on a really tight budget and on a dept management plan so everything extra I have to tell them but I know their going to ask me why my payment will now be £10 short or I will have to drop my food shop to £10 to feed three children and get me and my partner to work. Really not happy

Firstly very dissapointed that they put my insurance sky high because of a false claim made against me. Which go skippy confirmed the claim was dropped but they gave some jargon that they couldnt reduce the premium although I was due for a renewal and while in the process i wanted to cancel my policy and was told i couldnt as they had automatically renewed it. anyhow after paying a ridiculous amount of £140 per month for a few months I sold my car. i called yesterday to inform them and was told I would have to pay £600 if I didnt have another car added to the policy. So in other words I should buy another car to feed their doddgy policy cover. Dont think so somehow. I couldnt afford the insurance premium.so had to sell on. Never recommend this company. Plus some dodgycustomer service experience which represents doddgy companies you see on watchdog. Will definitely be tslki g to trading standards snd writing to watchdog.

I have rang twice today because I can not read my policy online as they keep sending it cripted.Not impressed with the lady on the phone.Also asked them how I need to send the documents your meant to when your taking out policy to be told I don't to send them,just watch I will get text next telling me my insurance has been cancelled like everyone else on here.I asked them if they were a fraudulent company has I have never known companies like it absolutely discuted, would no insure with these defo going to look for another company.

Took £215 deposit and then when I phoned they couldn't even find my policy and couldn't find the payment I made when I cud see it clearly my bank could and the police 100% con 0% recommend AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely disgusting company!!! Do not use !!! I sent my no claims off and they sent me a letter cancelling my policy with a 137 pound refund. Said they had no letter from me and have emailed me... the email was just computer blah... made no sense. Been on the phone for hours and I promise you the way they handled it they have done it many times before. Complete rip off company out to make a quick buck out of you Mattyee

Would give no stars for this waste of space company they sent me a letter of cancellation saying my d/d never went through even though I have my bank statement to show that it went out . They said they had sent emails and letters to me but I haven't received anything from them .the letter of cancellation was a week later than the date of the letter which meant I was driving around with no insurance and to top it off they want £119 cancellation fee. Guess what skippy go take a big jump

Not even worth one star!! I've missed a payment because my partner given birth and couldn't go to the bank so I emailed them to explain and the bloke said it's ok as long i pay within two weeks and paid before the deadline and they still cancelled the policy and said they couldn't reset the policy so they said they will use my payment as a deposit and I said go ahead but they needed to speak to me but unfortunately I'm deaf myself so given my mother permission to speak on my behalf and they keep saying they will call back which they never do and been waiting over a week to get policy sorted still no luck and obviously breached the equality act 2010 so will be taking this matter further and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with i sent all required document that you normall need to send had confirmation that my insurance was fully valid then they still cancelled my insurance ,still want to charge me for cancellation fee 89 pounds , this company is a scam don't be fooled like I did they customer service is in South Africa I was on phone to them for nearly an hour on premium rate they wouldn't even call me. Back and kept putting me on hold , I give this Company minus 100 for customer service rating disgusting I will. E making formal complaint to go compare and compare the market they should not allow this company to operate

been waiting 3 months for a come back of my claim car is rit off, I'm out of a car and theses seam to never want to do work i have to ring them to chase things up and I'm still getting no where advise people to not take out this policy its awful.

Not even worth 1 star. Disgusting service, cancelled my insurance due to 'not receiving documents' but was all there in emails. Then have the audacity to charge me £50 for cancellation. No sign of manager when I asked several times to speak to one on the phone. Still haven't refunded me after saying it would be 3-5 days. I'm sure they are partically a scam & cancellations is how they make their money. The last gentleman I spoke to pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up. Got put on hold several times for 15 mins at a time. Never again. Keep away

worst insurance company I have ever been with. completely un professional do not return calls when advised call back as experiencing high call volumes (probably complaints) one policy cancelled after supplying all information requested!! Van was part exchanged and new policy obtained else where. I have one policy remaining and as soon as it has expired I will be taking my business else where. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Will not be renewing my insurance with go skippy next year not only do they not cover me to drive other vehicles which come as standard with all other policies I have had in the past. Also I had to go online and send them a code so they can check my driving licence??? No other company have ever asked for this so stupid. Cheap but not cheerful insurance unfortunately

Terrible and unbelievably rude customer service. Takes for ever to get threw to any one and when you do they say there busy can they give you a call back witch never happens. Actually had them put the phone down on me when I said I'm not happy with the way you operate things here absolute joke

Without a doubt, the most unprofessional shambles of a company I have ever dealt with. They are morons. I hope they all die a slow and painful death: 35 year old with 15 years no claims, cost me £480 on a 3.0 BMW (value of £5k doing approx. 2500 miles per year) with GoSkippy. I call to see if they can do it cheaper as Hastings Direct are offering £408 (including my gf as a named driver). GoSKippy tell me it's gone up to £2,100. They tell me it's because my gf (30 years old 13 years no claims) is a financial trader. Not a get away driver with impaired vision. A trader. 55 minutes of my life wasted. I literally hate them all. And they still had the audacity to send me an email saying 'thank you for choosing goskippy' after I cancelled my insurance with them. bunch of c8nts
