“I would not recommend this company at all, they do not do anything a normal insusrer would, miss a payment and most all companys re present the direct debit, these people dont unless you have paid for 6 months first, the customer service sucks badly, they couldnt care less as long as they get their money.”

An e mail request for a change to the policy is not acceptable it has to be done on the recorded phone system so they have a record I may be stupid but an e mail is a recorded document

I had no need to make a claim in my time which is fortunate as everyone I had contact with was incompetent or unhelpful.

“Having the need to claim unfortunately I found trying to get information from them for gap insurance difficult and since June of 2017 I've still been waiting for information to be provided not happy with the service and won't be recommending them”
“Easy to sign up. I called a day later as the certificate was showing the wrong mileage. They answered and said theg would call back as they were busy. Didn't see the point in this as they could have dealt with my enquiry then. They called a few hours later only to be put through to 3 different people then cut off. I received an email stating I could. Make changes online which I couldn't hence my call. I called back the next day only to be told there is a £50 administration fee., I said but its been 2 4hours and my policy hasn't started apparently I still need to pay. I said put it back to what it was then. This is a joke as if a name was incorrect having checked your certificate you have to pay an extortionate amount. I won't be re newing with them
