“Good quote, but no indication of young driver policy excess until after you had signed up. Which seemed unfair as it was £200 more than the original quote.”

“Customers service was very good when I first phoned about my renewal , but when I phoned to pay it the service was very poor felt like I was been rushed into paying my money and the girl that was on the phone wasn't realy bothered about helping me out”

“Advisors where helpful but their manager was not very understanding about circumstances. There website does not confirm your start date when it is directed to it via a comparison site. Not happy having to over the odds for technical error”

“I have just purchased car insurance on line. I cant print anything off yet as i have no access to a printer at home. It would be useful if you could view this without having to down load it as the only thing I have is an old computer and I don't trust if I down load it now it will disappear in to cyber space!! hopefully when I am in work on Monday I wont have any issues!!”
