They are crooks: we called them to change our home address and they decided that they needed to charge us an extra £800 (plus a 200 deposit) on top of the extortionate price that I’m already paying, to do so. “Go Girl always has short wait times when calling their call centres, which is a nice change. Their call centres are also open on weekends and are open later on weekdays than normal, again a nice change. My questions and concerns are always handled promptly and kindly.
The only issue is that if you have an international driver's license they will send you a policy renewal quote after a year which is extremely low - a major let down when it's half the price of what the quote will be once you receive your full UK license.”
