“In terms of prices, Gogirl often came up with the better prices on most comparison websites which I was grateful for however, I have always had trouble getting hold of the company which is such a pain and felt even more dissatisfied with the service when I recently requested to add a vehicle onto my policy. They charged me an extortionate admin fee and then continued to state that they couldn't actually help me with my request. I felt very misled and uninformed.”

“Got provisional cover for my daughter then 15 days later she passed her test. Premium shot up from £1000 to £3500 and because over the 14 days cool off, they would not refund the £170 deposit so a couple of hours driving cost me quite a lot.”
