“Customer service and communication is absolutely shocking. I’ve called several times and been on hold for over half an hour with no one answering. I received an email stating that I owed extra money as the documents I uploaded wasn’t sufficient. Every time I try and contact them, calls and emails (apart from one email) there’s no answer. not the best start for a new customer.”
