“I just took out a policy today so I can not comment on long term policy stuff. But the main thing I can talk about is customer service 11/10! Had a problem they solved it so quickly. The person I spoke to (Dominique) went above and beyond when it came to helping me. My main thing is good customer service makes you want to stay with your insurer. In this day and age not many insurers offers a call line that you can speak to regarding problems however Go girl offers this and I can vouch that the have excellent customer service. :) An example of what my Dominique did: I am the named driver and not the policy holder she wrote me down so I as a named driver would also be able to make changes to my policy 100% HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED”
