“My daughter had a bloke run out in front of her on a service road and hit the side of her car, yeep not the front, the side. the bloke tryed taking it to court but his solicitor advised him to drop it as he would not win, he was left to pick up all the charges, my question to GoGirl is this, why have you robbed my daughter of her 2 years no claims discount when it was clearly not her fault. not only did you cause her mental stress throughout it all with a solicitor putting her down every time she phoned but now you have the audacity to thieve her 2 years no claims which has put £200 on her new insurance. I want answers...”
