Carrots staff are very polite, helpful with your enquiry, and supportive. I have just renewed my second year with Carrot due to excellent services and most of time staff give discount, which makes me to stay with Carrot. Also, rewarding system is very good as you can earn point by driving safely.

User friendly and helpful live chat service. Black box appointment was easy to arrange however black box is extremely strict on the usage with the time I’m allowed to drive (around 1 hour) but overall good

Disgusting service, young drivers notify these people with any changes to your car even wind deflectors and a sticker. Charged over £300 for simple mistake, which we paid and then a jobs worth came to fit black box and said car was highly modified. Wind deflectors and a sun sticker visor. And Carrott canceled insurance policy. Avoid as you will lose money just like my lad has done.

If the modifications would have been disclosed at the point of sale we wouldn't have accepted these on cover. I am pleased with the customer service provided by the Carrot Insurance. I had some queries and spoke on LiveChat to a person named ‘Owen’, who was kind, considerate and ensured that all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend the Carrot Insurance and the staff is there to provide support when and if needed.

I have had an email saying I have a blocker on my blackboard and to contact the service line if that was not the case, so when in contact I was waiting 15-20 to be placed through to someone and all that was said to me afterwards was that carrot will be in contact with me over the issue, and currently a week later and no response has been sent to me over the issue.

This is my second year with Carrot and renewing my insurance with them was simple and easy. They have been great for my driving confidence using their telematics device in my car and getting awesome rewards.

I used the love chat to query why my black box wasn’t registering my journeys. Someone was supposed to contact me, but they didn’t. When I reached out myself the query was resolved quickly. Only downside is that I had to reach out a second time instead of the agent contacting me back. Otherwise, great service.

Used the chat online to sort out insurance. Carrot were the cheapest on compare the market and the chat person was really helpful . Text and emails came through quickly and Black box installation easy to book. Would recommend
