About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“Lovely tender meat. Packaged well and arrived in good condition in extreme heat. Fillet Steaks are the best I’ve ever had, diced lamb in a curry was very tender and delicious. I haven’t had the hearts yet but really looking forward to them. Fully recommend Gazegill Organics.”

“I have been buying raw milk from Gazegill organics for quite a few months and I am so pleased with the product. My body cannot tolerate Supermarket milk so for a long long time I have not been able to have milk in my diet. “I buy the same thing every 2 weeks Beef steak mince and offal Raw Butter Raw milk Marrow bones I do love the produce but find that it's a little overly expensive for certain things expecially the raw milk personally I think that it should be more expensive than milk at the shops for many different reasons including from the business expenses but think the price shouldn't be £3.70 for 1 liter if the price was for 2 liters then that would be justified.”

“I have been relying on my local Farmers' Market for meat but the deteriorating bus service makes it hard to get there so I thought I would try Gazegill. The meat arrived promptly very well packed with ice-packs to protect it from the current heatwaves. I have been happily sampling the range I ordered and enjoy every mouthful. I would particularly recommend the succulent lamb chops. These are not the small things you get in the supermarket but nice big meaty chops that are delicious. The beef mince made an excellent bolognese sauce though I should have got the 600 gram pack I think. All told I am very happy with the order I placed and I will be back. (Those ice-packs are useful to help me cool off in the heat, too.)”

“Ordered a big batch of mostly liver as I'm deficient in the vitamins liver can give. Ordered on a Monday and arrived Thursday, well packaged and looked amazing. Divided up in to smaller portions and froze. The amount you get for the price is fantastic, all organic and fresh and nothing like the supermarket rubbish on the shelves. Yet to cook with it but ordered before and it's the nicest liver I've ever tasted. Very easy to order and on your door step in a few days i wouldn't buy from anywhere else now”
