About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“Amazing as always. I have ordered from here several times diffrent things but mostly burgers and raw milk. I can honestly say this is one of the best meats you can buy. I have more recently have mostly the lamb burgers and they are amazing. I must say i prefer the normal ones and not the kofta ones. I find the kofta a bit dry. Raw milk, what can i say.. Fantastic!”

Hi Suui, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We would just like to reassure you that ice packs melting in transit is completely normal, as there is no external cooling to keep them frozen, so naturally, they will melt. However by this point, the wool liners within the box will take over the cooling anyway, and ensure the box remains cool by keeping the cold inside the box and keeping items fresh for around 48 hours in transit. “Upon opening my mince I realised just how fresh the meat smelt. You really can smell and see the difference. The taste is out of this world. The last time I tasted beef so nice was when I was a child in Canada and attending an event where the bull had been fed in a field all year just foe that event. Also my meals no longer sit heavy in my stomach and I feel good inside. I have told everyone about this amazing farm. I will never go back to my old butchers again. This lovely meat is worth every penny”

“From the raw milk to the meat, you simply cannot go wrong. I'm on my 2nd subscription for the A2 raw milk and I can already feel the benefits. In fact, I've added 4 more litres to my weekly order as I've started to make my own yogurt, and soon Kefir. This week was my first meat order. A 300g mixture of organic sirloin and ribeye steak, and 1.8kg of organic lamb mince. The steaks are beautiful, not only in taste but visually. They all have the signs I look for, dark, nice fat marbling along with that golden colour fat. All the indicators of being high quality and grass fed. I'm probably paying an extra £20 on top of what id normally pay from my butchers, but that extra money is worth every penny, believe me. The lamb mince is fantastic. I'm Iranian so I'm always on the lookout for high quality lamb mince. It's getting harder to find because of the price. Exceptional quality here. I've just used 600g to make my favourite Koobideh kebabs........all I'm going to say is make sure that lamb mince is ready because I'll be placing an order like this every week lol. Well, what good would it be having all this great produce without having the level of customer service to back it up with.......their customer service is as good as their products. Nicky is superb. Thank you to all the team at Gaze Gill. A very happy customer.”

As a fantastic bonus, the natural wool insulation used to keep the milk ice-cold doesn't go to waste—I’ve been reusing it to mulch around my tomato plants in the greenhouse, and they are absolutely thriving!
