About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“I have been buy my meat from Gazegill for a couple of years now, I love the offal and chilli burgers which are my staple diet, also beef steaks are so tasty and tender , I use the tallow to make skin creams with lemongrass which is better than any chemical stuff and slow cook organ meat which is so nutritious, I would definitely recommend buying sustainably farmed meat for ethical and environmental reasons.”

“The A2 milk that I buy for my severely autistic, non verbal 5 year old grandson, I believe has helped him in many ways. He stopped eating any solid food or safe foods for 6 weeks. This particular milk not only kept him going , I think it helped him to begin eating his safe foods again which was a huge relief. I have definitely seen a change in my grandson's mood too . I just wish it was a little more affordable as he drink a litre a day and I'm a pensioner..but I'm happy to go the extra mile for him”

“Gazegill Organics; What can I say. The food is excellent. A particular favourite of mine is the Mince beef containing offal (10% liver/10% Heart). This is an amazing level of nutrition density for a human body, and your grandparents would be proud of you for eating for your health. I use it to batch cook a fantastic Bolognaise, a great Chilli, and I also make burgers at home to control the ingredients for my family. Why not make a load of burgers and get a simple and plentiful hit of organic protein and a swathe of micronutrients for good measure. - defrost, aclimate, hot pan. sizzle sizzle. yum yum. Thank you for your hard work everyone at the farm.”

“Don't buy the 20-25% high fat mince steak unless you want hard gristle lumps too! Only fat is advertised which it fine but unfortunately I was eating many lumps of ground down gristle too which mad it unpleasant. It's not worth it for the slightly cheaper price, if they are hiding hard gristle within the 20% fat mince steak, the slightly cheaper price does not make it worth eating as it is unpleasant and not just chewy but hard on your teeth.”
