About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“We researched an organic farm.As we try to buy organic where possible.We purchased the beef and minted lamb burgers.The burgers were very tasty and our friends loved them as well.They were well packed with ice packs to keep them cold.So,we will definitely consider using Gazegill in the future.Well done!”

We explained to your via email that the nature of what we sell means things are not 100% uniform, and we cut items to a target weight, not to a specific length or thickness. Despite the produce still being completely fine, we did offer a refund if the items we're returned so we could access them, however we did not hear back from you. Best wishes, The Gazegill Team
