About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“I ordered the steak box. Which was a selection of top quality steak. The delivery came quickly and was really well packaged. The steak was fresh and tender and without doubt the most delicious meat I have ever eaten in my life. Absolutely overjoyed to have found this company.”

“Ordered a gammon for Christmas, requesting delivery on 19 December. It arrived on the 19 th with tracking information beforehand advising of the delivery. The joint was the best we’ve had in recent years. So nice to enjoy nitrate free food! This was my first order with Gazegill and I am going to be a loyal customer.”

“Beautiful tasting meat, you can tell the love and care the animals have had by the tenderness of the meat. A meat based diet is the best for humans and to look after the soil and the planet and to protect from diabetes check out Dr Ken Berry on you tube (the proper human diet). So you can rest assured the animals have had a good life whatever time they lived.”

“The meat was delicious, really high quality meat. The pig trotters had nails, which we were unused to (when we bought them from other places they were removed) and the ears a little hairy (granted it was mentioned they were for pets), but we still managed to use them in food. All in all, I would recommend the farm for both quality and variety.”
