About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“I ordered the steak box. Which was a selection of top quality steak. The delivery came quickly and was really well packaged. The steak was fresh and tender and without doubt the most delicious meat I have ever eaten in my life. Absolutely overjoyed to have found this company.”

“Can’t recommend Gazegill organic enough. Fantastic quality & size. Dispatch is always timely and all my deliveries have been on time. It’s brilliant to support farmers to, without them we would be eating rubbish from supermarkets, full of pesticides and no labelling if it has been killed within UK regulations.”

“Products arrived in good condition, well packaged and on time. So far I have tried the qtr pounder which was nice, dense texture and cooked flat (not like those supermarket ones that go cup-shaped in the pan and have gloop oozing out) and I have tried the pork and leek sausages which were also firm and cooked well AND no gristle. All in all, proper food as it should be.”

“i found Gazegill thro youtube. their add just popped up . 'a family run organic farm from up north dating back 500 years' ; i was already sold !! been lookng into raw milk around where i live , nr london and there's literally no local supply. So then it was about how much beef i was going to buy. my second batch arrived a few days ago. very happy with the delivery . the steaks taste great. the brisket i cooked in the slow cooker and was possible the most tender beef ive had . the milk is just how you remember it growing up! honestly , this is now my essential monthly purchase. also - its a great feeling to to supporting family farmers. My dog is also quite animated about the whole experience. (more the beef than the milk)”

“Everything works very well - just wish we could return or re-use the packaging. Great service and to us they are the best organic meat supplier in the UK. Have visited the shop as well, and the restuarant - a fantastic set-up, and well worth the trip. Recent beef joint we had in the meat box was outstanding. And they always have a good enough selection of meats to choose from.”
