About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“I ordered the steak box. Which was a selection of top quality steak. The delivery came quickly and was really well packaged. The steak was fresh and tender and without doubt the most delicious meat I have ever eaten in my life. Absolutely overjoyed to have found this company.”

“The flat brisket was cooked slowly and melted in the mouth. It tasted amazing and reminded me of meat my mom cooked when I was a child. The roast potatoes round the meat were the best. We've had pork box before and loved every bit. And the half shoulders of lamb are so tasty too..The 10% off offer really helped us buy more and put in the freezer for upcoming weekend roast dinners. Amazing meat. Don't buy from anyone else now. Can't trust others as we do not want halal. Gazegills animals are looked after. Thank you”

“Lovely quality meat. I found this farm when looking for raw milk online and have never looked back. The staff are responsive if there is a problem (thankfully rare). Real food for fair prices and effective packaging. I highly recommend”

“I regularly order their milk and it’s excellent. I wouldn’t use anything else now. Their steaks are also wonderful. My only slight criticism is that I would prefer them thicker but they’re unable to do that because of the weight apparently. Regardless of that the flavour and quality is second to none. That’s the only reason for 4 star but I would certainly give 4.8 if there was an option for this.”

“The quality of the produce continues to be outstanding and in my opinion, good value for money. However, problems with delivery continue. It seems it is not possible to impress upon the courier the need to at least attempt to alert the customer that perishable goods have been left in a hot public corridor. The courier didn't ring my bell because they would then have to carry the boxes up two (short) flights of stairs - as I had to when I discovered them. Not good enough.”

“I was pleased with most of my order, the only criticism I have is regarding the minced beef, it cooked beautifully however there was a lot of fat, just over half a cup. When I buy supermarket mince I choose 5%. There was a lot more in the mince I received. The chicken and kofta burgers were beautiful. The milk is delicious, i will order again from you. “Firstly the delivery was very quick,within 24 hours of ordering.The milk was extremely well packed and had sufficient Ice packs to keep the supply of milk cold-that certainly was still the case on arrival BC and even with the recent hot weather and stored in the back of a transit. The milk itself is absolutely delicious, really, in my opinion, earthy ,almost smell the cows and farm , lol so good. After my holiday break will be personally visiting Grazegill and making plenty more purchases, as I love my milk.”
