“After multiple years of hiring cars with Gatwick Car and Van Rental, they have consistently been an incredible company to work with. They provide the highest level of service at all times, are flexible and easy to speak to. The cars and vans have always been in great condition and when problems have arisen while driving, eg flat tyre, they are quick and responsive to fix it. At this point, I will only use Gatwick Car and Van Rental for my car and van hire needs.”

“I feel that writing a review for this company and team cannot fully express how great a service GCVR gives. You have to experience it first hand, from speaking to the office or having the car dropped off to you. Cars are always clean and in top condition. We have been loyal customers for over ten years. We have tried the big companies, but have always had issues with the product whether it be dirty or damaged cars and, of course, the expensive add ons or coverage. This is not something we have experienced with GCVR: they have always gone above and beyond to make car or van rental stress-free.”

“Very good customer service. Prompt reply to my phone request. Staff were helpful, respectful and polite. Smooth admin. Car delivered and collected as agreed and on time. Car in good condition and appropriate for need. A fair rental price. I would use them again. Thank you to the Team who worked well together.”

“Top draw across the board Second time I have used Gatwick Car & Van Rentals and it won’t be the last First time I rented a van. I saw they had a nice fleet of cars so this time I rented a car for my family and I Great customer support before the booking to rest my mind as it was a trip with a 1 and 3 year old. Raz, part of the team was fantastic. The car was great and the pick up and drop off with loads baggage was smooth Thanks guys We will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I rented a van from this company. The service and cost of rental was excellent - the van was delivered to my hotel at Heathrow and I was able to return the van at Heathrow too. They were easy to contact via email, WhatsApp or phone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Although Gatwick Car Rental did not appear to have a site at Birmingham airport our contact, Adnan was extremely helpful and pleasant. He assured us that they would have a car waiting for us at the airport on arrival and that we would be met by his colleague Kelvin. Kelvin was there on time and also very pleasant and explained the car's features. Had no issues during our stay and drop off at airport at 6am was simple and trouble free.. Also our deposit for the deductible was returned in a timely manner. Thank you Adnan and Kelvin.”

“Used them for van hire for 4 months last year. Hired a van from then when in the UK this year for 6 months. Can not fault the service they provide . Met at Heathrow on arrival with no problem even though I arrived a couple of hours early. Dropped the van off at arrivals. Met on time, easy handover. Will definitely be using them again next year. 👍”
