“I only use Gatwick Car and Van rental for the last 10 years locally as they always have a Van or Car available, iNew and Clean ( which is important also ) With Competitive prices . And Friendly fast service . I highly recommend this company.”

“I had been using another company for a year until they let me down. Luckily I came across Gatwick car and Van rental. They have been amazing help, nothing is too much, very competitive prices. And the staff constantly go out of there way I honestly wouldn't use anyone else now. I use them nearly every weekend for van hire.”

“We have been using Gatwick Car and Van Rental for several years now a few times a year at times for both short and long periods. All of their staff are very professional yet friendly and warm each time we hire a car. Very easy to pick up and return cars with minimum waits time and queuing. Very competitive pricing at all times. Thank you for such great service always”

“I needed to hire a van at the last minute. Gatwick Car & Van rental were still just open and were able to hire me the van. The hire process was completed quickly and efficiently. The van was amazing! It was brand new - 160 miles old. Brilliant to drive and more than sufficient to complete my task. It was a shame that I didn't have more tasks to do with it!”

“The best car hire firm I have ever used, that is for sure. I used to fly into Gatwick regularly pre-Covid and always used Gatwick Car & Van. Excellent customer service, good vehicles and all at a very competitive price. After a break of a few years I flew into Gatwick again today. Lots of things have changed in the UK in recent years, some things not for the best, but Gatwick Car & Van Hire still offer an excellent service with a personal touch that is unrivalled. Very happy with the service, the car and the price.”

“It’s the first time I have really been comfortable hiring a car. I felt as though I had known the partners for years. Each was so gently personable and relaxed, with a no fuss attitude. There was no pressure, everything was explained simply. The extra service to be picked up and dropped off at the North Terminal for a tenner each way was worth every penny - as was their offer to pre-pay (at no extra margin) the Dartford Tunnel toll - normally a habitual nightmare for me having come a cropper several times over the years since the demise of the coin throw fun. On return, the car was checked and signed off straight away, plus they’d ordered me a taxi for the North Terminal trip as they knew only one of them would be at the business at that early time. I am genuinely looking forward to my next Gatwick Cars & Van hire. Its a no brainer for me. I am a very happy customer! Oh and the little 2 door Fiat I hired was perfect for me! The cost of all this was less than £100 for 4 days with just a £250 deposit. They live up to the great recommendations you are reading here. It’ so nice to be part of the Ying & Yang of good business. Thank you so very very much chaps!”

“Hired a Fiat 500 from Gatwick Car Hire and returned it without any damage and with what we thought was the same amount of fuel. However, they did not flag any discrepancies up in the fuel at the time,yet refunded our deposit a week later less £38.50: they fine you without telling you and of course you have no opportunity to discuss it. They did not respond to emails relating to the discrepancy and only admitted what they did when we phoned them and put them on the spot. I feel that this was unfair and disingenuous behaviour on their part - if they felt that there was a discrepancy they should have discussed it with us, and also charging £38.50 for - allegedly - a small difference in the fuel levels is indefensible and sharp practice. I suggest that anyone reading this review think very carefully before hiring vehicles from them.”
