“Been using Gatwick car and van rental for around 5 years now 3/4 times a year for extended periods of up to 7 weeks. Amazing service, staff are professional and very friendly. Cars immaculate, pricing competitive, very easy collection / return service and airport drop off. Can’t find any faults and will use for years to come.”

“I cannot thank the team enough at Gatwick Car & Van Rental for their continued exceptional service and customer care. Due to family health issues and a recent bereavement, I often require a last minute vehicle when landing at Gatwick. The team at GWC&VR have never let me down. They are more personable than the larger vehicle rental organisations and their prices are more competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Gatwick Car & Van Rental.”

“Needed a car hire company that was not based at Gatwick Airport, so on this basis I picked Gatwick Car & Van Rental and what a good decision that turned out to be. Excellent choice of vehicles at good prices and pleasant and professional staff who made easy the formal hire process, the handover process and the return process. I will definitely use Gatwick Car & Van Rental again and I will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs to hire a vehicle. First Class : 10 out of 10.”

“Excellent service from these guys after I ended up with no car from my original rental company (Europcar) as they no longer take credit card if it’s a different address from home address. Anyway all the car rentals on airport either had no cars or ridiculous prices. Phoned these guys and thankfully they had a car. Picked me up from terminal and back to depot. Car sorted quickly. Everything explained. Thanks for getting me out of a problem.”

“Very disaapointed how they handle an wrongfully issued PCN. I hired one of their van last month for moving home and my new property made a mistake and issued a PCN, which later was cancelled, and Gatwick Car & Van Rental charged me a non-refundable "admin-fee" £48 for the paper work they claimed they had done. Although I sent them the proof that the PCN was a mistake and have already been cancelled, they still not willing to reimburse £48 reluctantly and insist I have to gett the reimbursed from the Parking management to refund the charge. I understand their businiess is bad and have to survive on these "admin-fee" they are making. I also understand it is clearly the Parking management had made a mistake. But why am I the one to be paying for the mistake? This is just not how a rental business should be ran, punishing their customer when they are also the victim.”

Dear Mason, Thank you for your review. We understand your disappointment regarding the admin fee charged for the parking fine. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions prior to the hire period, each time we receive a traffic/speeding contravention and make a representation to the issuing authority, we charge an admin fee of £48 per instance. This is standard practice within the vehicle hire industry, and covers any charges we receive and administrative work involved in processing the fine, regardless of whether it is later cancelled or not. “Flexible and friendly experience with the Gatwick team on our recent rental of a well-equipped mid-size automatic car for a competitive price. We found the car delivery and pickup at our hotel near Gatwick especially helpful and communication throughout was excellent. Our deposit was returned, as indicated, within a week.”

“I travel to the UK frequently to visit family and have always struggled with the mainstream car hire organisations or the 3rd party car hire brokers that rip you off with insurance……….BUT these guys came recommended nd my first experience could not have been better. Car of choice delivered as promised, not “something similar” plus their meet & greet at arrival and departure is an absolute godsend and Krish was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!”

“This service is fantastic! No long waits at the airport; no need to travel miles to pick up a car. The car is literally brought to you so you can get off the plane and drive away without any hassle. And it’s the same when you drop off your vehicle. The drivers and office staff communicate really well so are easy to contact at all times. I recommend them 100%.”
