“The van was spotless and in good order. But it was also limited to 60 mph, which was annoying as I did mostly drive on motorways and dual carriageways. Another annoying feature (which may be part of many new cars) was the constant beeping, telling you "you are approaching the speed limit", "you have reached the speed limit", "you are driving above the speed limit" or "you are driving too close to a line or the side of the road". It was like being in a hospital ward with patients hooked up to machines. Surely this could be disabled, as after a while one pays no attention the these beeps. Especially since the system beeped if one got close to 60 on a dual carriageway, where the speed limit actually were 70 not 60 as the van thought. But as for the van and the customer service, all good (well except it was not filled up with diesel, so when re-filling it one had to guestimate what level to fill it to).”

“I have been using Gatwick Car & Van Rental for years, whenever I fly into London. Their customer service is unrivalled, their cars are always clean and well maintained and often nearly new and their rates are competitive. It is a rare thing to find a business with this level of service. Once or twice I have have had to ask at short notice to extend the hire period or change the drop off from Gatwick to Heathrow and it has never been a problem. I would not consider hiring a car from anyone else.”

“Great company to deal with from start to finish. Mostly new vehicles all between 1&2 years old. I hired one of there electric mid sized van came fully charged everything was explained regarding the vehicle and hire paperwork. Highly recommend using this company for your vehicle hire requirements.”

“Excellent! There are so many rental companies out there and the people initially spoke with elsewhere just didn’t seem interested and not particularly helpful , used Gatwick Car and rental before should of gone to them in the 1st place”

“I'm glad I chose Gatwick Car & Van Rental when renting a van for a house move. The price of the van was what initially caught my eye, but everything about the experience was excellent. The booking was easy to make, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the van itself was nearly new and in great condition. Most importantly, it was perfect for the job. All in all, I'd heartily recommend hiring a van from the company.”

“Great service, Hired a recently to cover a gap between my old one being returned and my new one arriving. The car was a few months old and in pristine condition without a mark on it. The team were great, allowing me to extend the rental twice with no issues and handback of the car was easy. Would definitely use them again”
