“Gatwick Car and Van rental was very helpful throughout the whole journey. It was just me and my sister and we had never rented a car before, so we had quite a few questions that they were more than happy to answer for us via whatsapp before our rental. When we got there they were very informative, showing us everything we needed to know about the vehicle. When returning the car, they gave us a lift to the nearest train station which was very helpful and very much appreciated.”

“I hired a XLWB van to help my son move house. As it was from late Sunday afternoon it was counted as out of hours. I was met at their site with plenty of time to check over the vehicle, do the necessary paperwork and leave by the rental start time. I was also given an in depth explanation of all the controls.”

“"Night and day difference from the big chains!" I rented a brand-new VW van from Gatwick Car & Van Rental for a day at a genuinely affordable price. The van was in immaculate condition, packed with features, and drove really well and was economical. However, the real star was the guy on reception. His customer service was absolutely excellent, efficient, friendly, and professional. I’d hire him in a heartbeat, well done mate you are an asset to the company. To put it in perspective: I booked a van from Enterprise three weeks earlier and was first presented with a vehicle with two illegal, worn rear tyres and one that was under-inflated. The contrast in both vehicle quality and service between the two companies is literally night and day. I know exactly where I’m going next time. Highly recommended!”

“If you have only ever rented from the big car hire companies (you know who I mean) you are in for a pleasant surprise with these guys. We used them twice during a recent holiday to the UK and were very happy with their service. They communicated well, the cars were nearly new and in top condition and the team at Gatwick were so helpful (especially Suggi). They don't pressure to upgrade to bigger cars or buy lots of options you don't want and are so nice to deal with. We will certainly book with Gatwick Car & Van Rental on our future trips.”

“Excellent company to rent your car from. We rented a car from Gatwick Car Rentals for a period of 31 days. Their phone service was fantastic, they were very easy to deal with, clear and friendly, and happy to help. They delivered the car to us, and picked it up when we were finished. The price was very competitive and the car was almost new. We received our deposit refund within a few days after the car was returned. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to rent a car in the UK.”
