“I have been using Gatwick car&van rental for quite some time, and I have always found the whole team there very helpful, friendly and professional in making my rentals an enjoyable experience. “Top notch customer service from start to finish, pick up from the airport and a prebooked taxi for when I returned the car out of hours. Car was in good condition, rental terms were explained clearly with no sneaky small print and the rates were far more competitive than the big operators. Will for sure be using again!”

“We always use Gatwick Car and Van rentals at peak holiday periods. The rates are very competitive in comparison to the big operators and their service is always first class. For early morning flights they have a partnership with a very reliable local taxi service so the process always runs smoothly, even at 5.00am! We will continue to use them regularly. Cheers.”

“I have been fortunate to use the services of Gatwick Car & Van Rental for several years and won't go anywhere else when visiting the UK from the USA. Their comprehensive services are excellent. All managers and staff are professional, thoughtful, kind and easy to contact. They always make sure we receive complete care, from convenient pick up and drop off services to an excellent range of rental vehicles that best meet our needs for a fair price. I always have peace of mind that I will be taken care of by a team who I now consider to be dear friends.”

“This was my first time using Gatwick Car & Van Rental and I was impressed with them. Very friendly, the pick up from the airport works well as does the return taxi if you are out of hours. The car was virtually new and in perfect condition and the price was good, especially compared to airport based rental companies. I would use them again.”

“Returned van with a less than 1 inch mark on the bumper. This was my 3rd rental with these guys. Also paid £75 insurance and they ended up charging £80 + Vat for a little scratch. Won’t be renting from them again. The number already had another mark on it so that’s probably be charged to someone else and not been fixed.”

“We have used Gatwick Car and Van Rental for about five years now - ever since we moved abroad for our visits back to the UK every 2-3 months. The staff have been unfailingly helpful and polite. The cars are excellent and their prices are reasonable. We don't go anywhere else any more. Highly recommended.”
