“We are regular customers. The service provided is excellent. Punctual pick up and drop off at airport and quick processing for hand over. Always on time. We will continue using them. Staff are always helpful. Never had a problem with the cars. Return process easy and deposit returned promptly. Prices are competitive. Lower than on airport.”

“This was my second time using Gatwick Car & Van Rental, and once again everything went smoothly. I hired a Volkswagen Transporter on 14/09/2025, visiting the day before to get everything booked in. I opted for the maximum excess cover for peace of mind, and the drop-off on Sunday afternoon was quick and hassle-free. Both times I’ve used them, the service has been reliable and straightforward. I’ll definitely use them again when needed – highly recommend!”

“A good honest car rental company with friendly personal service. When I took the car back (Gatwick) a tiny scuff was picked up on the alloy wheel. After reviewing it they came back and said it was too small to worry about and refunded my deposit. (this probably wouldn't have happened with the large rental companies). I will definitely use again and highly recommend them to anyone flying into Gatwick.”

“Thanks to Gatwick Car & Van Rental. It was my last minute decision to hire a van for my home move on a Sunday. To my surprise, I found my perfect van at Gatwick Car & Van Rental and did my move hassle free. Everything was just smooth from start to finish. I was given option to return the van safely mid-night which was great. The condition of the van was great. I highly recommend Gatwick car and Van rental.”

“The guys were super helpful and friendly. The process was quick and easy. They gave me a rundown on using the car, which was clean, efficient and perfect for my needs. They picked me up and dropped me off and are very convenient for Gatwick airport. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!”

“Been using Gatwick car and van rental for around 5 years now 3/4 times a year for extended periods of up to 7 weeks. Amazing service, staff are professional and very friendly. Cars immaculate, pricing competitive, very easy collection / return service and airport drop off. Can’t find any faults and will use for years to come.”

“Needed a car hire company that was not based at Gatwick Airport, so on this basis I picked Gatwick Car & Van Rental and what a good decision that turned out to be. Excellent choice of vehicles at good prices and pleasant and professional staff who made easy the formal hire process, the handover process and the return process.
