“Brilliant customer service. Very helpful and can’t thank them enough for being so flexible when I didn’t know how long I’d need and kept extending from initially 2 weeks to 10 weeks due to family ill health. They didn’t take advantage but we’re so kind in a very stressful situation. Thank you”

“Booked online booking confirmed within minutes. Fast and efficient pick up and return process detailed report and rental agreement giving at pick up. You pay for what you use in fuel prior to dropping back to rental office. The vehicles are all new and in perfect condition which gave me the potential reliability that I needed. The guys in the office are very professional and helpful nothing is to much trouble. I needed the registration the day before picking up the vehicle and this was provided so that I could book the vehicle in at the local council waste centre. Highly recommend will definitely use again.”

“I've been renting from Gatwick Car and Van Rental at least twice a year since 2022. They reliably pick me up and drop me off at the airport. They are so conscientious about marking down any surface scratches that I don't bother to check anymore. They are friendly, reliable, completely trustworthy and a real pleasure to deal with. Prices are competitive too. Highly recommend!”

“I have used this company twice now and I can't find fault with them. They are very helpful especially with pick up and drop off's. When the office is closed on return it is well organised and stress free. Cars are clean & well maintained. The documents sent via email is useful to confirm previous condition of the car so it's easy to compare before & after. I will be using them again.”

“Gatwick Car and Van rental were able to accommodate my booking on the same day which was very helpful. Rhe staff at the depot were friendly and helpful, and the van itself was spotless. My overall experience has been great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gatwick Car and Van Rental”

“Having been let down by Enterprise whilst on the way to collect a van from them. I called Gatwick Car and Van Rental to see if they had a van available. They had something available for me at roughly the same price as Enterprise. I was 5 minutes away and went straight there. Everything was very seamless and I was on the road in a van 20 minutes later. They use a app to take pictures of the vehicle and circle any damage already there, so easy to check again on your return. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be the first people I call if I need a vehicle again”

“Used these guys for several years. Great cars, prices and service. No hassle pick ups, no upselling or ridiculous deposit's taken. Sign off paperwork and deposit returned/ sent to you next day. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Puts other better known companies to shame.”
