“Very precise to answer and deal with our requests. Good large space car we could hire and it was indeed very useful.”

“Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, however the reason I have put 4 stars not 5 is because when collecting the car, the mechanic or cleaner of the car, took their time getting the car ready, so in my opinion, the experience could’ve been more efficient.”

“Service quick and fast. Process easy. Agent friendly and efficient. Van however was damaged. Sat nav/radio not working. But fit for purpose at reasonable price”

“I found the service provided by Anand and his colleagues to be excellent. A particular example was when we collected our vehicle it did not have satnav. Anand was able to find a portable unit and attached it the windscreen and it proved to be a godsend, thanks to all!”

“Good service and friendly, just dont understand that we were charged £10 pick up and £10 drop off at North Terminal when a normal car (which we were picked up in) is only charged £5 ?”

“Vehicle pricing and quality of vehicle was excellent. Only reason giving 4 stars rather than 5 was that we had not been advised that the office would be closed on the Monday we were returning the vehicle so we were a little unsure where to leave the car and had to arrange a taxi to get back to the airport which we had not expected to need to do.”
