“They seem nice enough but they are a little incompetent. Be careful to check they have put any notes on their system plus be careful that they pay your deposit back to you promptly and properly. It seems their system is antiquated and a month after returning a car I am still awaiting the full refund of the deposit despite an email and two separate phone calls to them over the last few weeks.”

At Gatwick Car & Van Rental, we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality rental process. When the vehicle was returned to us, we placed your deposit on a payment card listed on your profile having previously been used with us. Unfortunately, this was not the card the deposit came from.
