“We have been using Gatwick Care & Van Rental for several years when we come to the UK from the USA. This is the best car rental company we have ever used. “Very happy to use Gatwick Car and Van Rental again for my trip to the UK. I have been using them for over six years and their service is leagues ahead of any other car rental I have used anywhere. Not only is their customer service great, but they genuinely care about providing a good service. I always get a great car from them, their hire rates are competitive and when I wanted to extend the hire period once, they were happy to do it over the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't use any other company.”

“I deal with gatwick car and van rental a lot. They never let me down. Whether for van or cars. In this instance I booked car at about 10am for 2pm collection 24 hr hire. Clean, reliable, courteous. I don't have the words to recommend them but they are fab.”

“Top line. Gatwick Car and Van rental are my go-to place whenever I fly into Gatwick. I feel they always go the extra mile and the team are always very helpful. I have two young children that need car seats and the prices are far more acceptable here than with the big companies. The cars are always recent and new and very competitive. I always come back. “I called in to Gatwick Car & Van Rental on the off chance they might have a van available. No problem! An almost brand new electric Transit was available right away. The staff were extremely friendly & the checkin process was fast & efficient. Within 10 minutes I was in my way. Good price too.”

“I make regular trips up to North Yorkshire to see my family and although I have a car, I prefer to rent a newer model with more comfort and better technology. I cannot recommend Gatwick Car and Van rental highly enough. The cars are always high quality, spotlessly clean and very affordable. Their customer service is excellent, they're extremely helpful and really friendly. One little touch that I'm always really grateful for, is that wherever possible, they upgrade me without any extra cost. I really wouldn't hire a car from any one else....they are the best car rental company by far.”

“Have hired several times before, easy to book,getting confirmation email, as I work local to them ,I sorted all paperwork ( license check code and driving licence ) the week before hire, collected van at time selected and returned to them ,parking outside gate ,keys into keys are. Following day got confirmation email vehicle returned as I received it, diesel topped back to appropriate level. All in all ,happy to hire again when required”

“They seem nice enough but they are a little incompetent. Be careful to check they have put any notes on their system plus be careful that they pay your deposit back to you promptly and properly. It seems their system is antiquated and a month after returning a car I am still awaiting the full refund of the deposit despite an email and two separate phone calls to them over the last few weeks.”
