“Firstly, the price was unbeatable anywhere else for the specific product we wanted. After delivery, we had a missing item and 1 damaged chair. I contacted Garden Street by phone and greeted by a lovely lady who requested photos of the damaged chair to get it rectified. I emailed the details and within 3 days was informed that a replacement would be on its way. The missing item came promptly and the replacement chair followed soon after. Excellent customer service, really happy with the quality product. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“I bought a beautiful bistro set and it is looks stunning in my garden. I am absolutely thrilled with it. Delivery was quick and nice and early and I can't praise the delivery team enough, they were very polite and helpful. Excellent experience all round. Thank you”

“Swing Bench - we purchased a three seat wooden swing bench from Garden Street. The order process was very easy and we were kept updated on delivery. The seat came partially constructed and the instructions made it very easy to put it all together. The delivery company were very helpful and all in all a great purchase.”
