“Ordered a 6 seater patio dining set with parasol & base. Although we had a couple of minor issues with the delivery we have given 5 stars as the aftercare from Lucy was brilliant. Sadly an item was missing and then when re-ordered it had been smashed in transit - clearly not Garden Streets bad service but the issue was resolved immediately once we had contacted them.....and we must add that it was an absolute pleasure and rarity to speak to someone and not have to sit on the phone for ever pressing numerous different buttons - thank you for actually giving good customer service. Also, the main product was well packaged and delivered when advised.”

“Wanted to order a garden dining set but had to speak to customer services first. Thankfully, you get to talk to a human being without having to go through endless options! The person I spoke to was extremely efficient and polite. I then had a problem as I had to go away unexpectedly but they very kindly deferred delivery for a few days. The delivery driver was such a helpful man who took the furniture through to my garden and put it where I wanted it to go. With so many plus points, including a good price, I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends and family.”

“We ordered a pergola and some patio furniture. All delivered as promised, by a very helpful driver. When he saw that I was disabled he carried everything from the driveway to the back garden. This was amazingly helpful to us, and done so willingly that we can't praise him highly enough. The products themselves were exactly what we hoped for, no damage nor bits missing.”

“Large log store. Was put together by my builder as it’s very heavy. Looks lovey very well make and I’m now ready for winter and my large load of log being delivered. Very happy with the product and the help I was given from Garden Street. 😊”

“I had an issue with delivery - when I contacted Garden Street, they sorted it out immediately and their communication was excellent. I'm happy to say that I received the product promptly (and they were the cheapest provider!). I ordered some of the Protek Exterior paint and the quality is great! Would definitely use again :)”
