Delivery was too top. Ordered treatment Nematode for chafer grub. . Did everything by the book. Scarified lawn prior to use then measured lawn, divided it up, prepped lawn completely, bought watering can rose from this company but when makip up solution, the powder just remained clumpy despite mixing, mixing and mixing. Tried to contact customer services to find out why but couldn't find link to discuss as I purchased as visiting customer. Not Impressed

Hi Angela, I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the product. The nematodes are a live product so consistency between batches can vary. We would advise for any clumps, you can break these down with your fingers, it is not uncommon to have some small clumps within the solution, it is where the nematode powder is more concentrate so can be harder to break up. All our batches are quality tested to ensure that they are working as expected. The nematodes will work as required, even if there a few lumps onto the soil directly, and when the soil is watered, this should further break down over time and keeping up that barrier of protection. Was very disappointed, when the box came I thought great, but on opening, the plant was absolutely tiny. Wasn't worth what I paid...

My order was processed only after I emailed them asking when it will be delivered. Then was told it will be dispatched that day, still no confirmation email. Next day I was told it will be dispatched on that day and I will get it in a couple of days. I paid for 2-3 days delivery and received it after a week, missing the delivery because I was abroad. Asked for a delivery fee refund, but was refused one. Not to mention the attitude I received from customer service and I actually never found out who emailed me, they never put their names in their emails. So if you want your order delivered on time, order from another website.

Hi, I am really sorry to see that there has been an issue with this order. I am very sorry to see that there was a delay with the dispatch for this order, I have raised this with our warehouse manager to ensure that this is dealt with accordingly. Have a broken reservoir and have emailed to no avail! Will give it until Monday afternoon if no replacement will be sending the lot back.

I made an order 22nd May for a blue wheelbarrow that was supposed to be available. I was contacted to say blue was unavailable and would I like a refund or green or pink. I ordered green, then nothing. I chased and was told they would check supplier, nothing , I contacted again. Today 9th June a voicemail received said blue unavailable would I like green. It’s been so long they thought I was a new customer. I was shocked to see they had a large business and good reviews. I can’t believe the poor service, still waiting and of course my money has already been received.

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. From the order it appears that the black rods for the modular kits were purchased, with this kits, 2 rods and a joiner are needed to make a full hoop. If you are no longer wanting the product, this can be returned to us as long as they are in an unused, resaleable condition for a refund. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I ordered some screening for my greenhouse.I had to order the fixing clips separately, and when it arrived there were NO instructions or advise on how to put the screening up.

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. Unfortunately we don't advise on how the windbreak can be attached as it can vary on whether you would like to attach to wooden sleepers or a panel of a greenhouse and this would vary from item. The greenhouse insulation clips are mainly used with our greenhouse insultation kits which would contain instructions on how to fit, however when bought seperately, they don't include instructions as can be used in a variety of reasons. I rearranged the deliver and note that it has been received by Martin. This is not the case as I am Martin and the picture shows it left at my front door not in the safe place which is behind my gate. The parcel is no longer there where the driver left it and I do not have it.

I ordered automatic greenhouse window opener it had really good reviews for both the item & company. I ordered from Amazon but it is despatched direct from this seller who use Royal Mail next day delivery. I am still waiting for delivery 4 days later. Royal Mail seem unable to deliver or tell the truth as they lied about delivery saying it was attempted on Sunday. I have a video door camera no one came near I was also waiting in for it. I contacted them the following day they said it was on van for delivery again nothing arrived. This company is paying them for delivering parcels which don’t arrive as a result the company is losing sales. Well done Royal Mail.

The tunnel with veggie mesh is great. Unfortunately the tunnel with polythene is not fit for purpose because the polythene is too flimsy to use effectively. It is so thin it is impossible to secure and a light breeze turned it into a kite !

Received wrong item. They then kept trying to bribe me to keep it with discounts. Seems like they updated the listing but forgot to update the website and now I'm out of pocket and without what I ordered. Had to cancel the garden work and now even worse off financially.

My product was due for 24 hour delivery. I telephoned after 48 hours and was told that they hadn't received it from the supplier, however they hadn't bothered to inform me the customer. When I complained I hadn't been informed they told me they have hundreds of customers - I'm sorry but that's not my problem. If you have more customers than you can handle then do something about it!

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We do try our best to update all customers with any delays. Due to the nature of the nematodes being a live product, delivery can be a day or two either side of your selected date. I can see your delivery date was the 28th of May and we shipped this on the 30th on a next day service so hopefully you now have your order. Sorry for the slight delay. Kind regards
