“The products are great and have arrived quickly. I find all the plastic used in the packaging a shame though. It would be great if there was some alternative to have them shipped in non-plastic wrapping?”

“The potato sacks I ordered arrived promptly and are in clean, brand new condition. I'm concerned that the hessian weave is rather broad which will allow too much light to reach the potatoes, which should be kept in the dark. "To store potatoes effectively and keep them fresh for a longer time, follow these guidelines: Keep Them in Darkness: Store potatoes in a dark place, such as a pantry, to prevent them from turning green. "”

“Great range of natural products, it's very helpful to have a one stop shop for a wide range of items that don't harm the ecosystem. Sadly some products like Tree Grease which I purchased to stop ants climbing my apple trees and eating the apples did not work, but others like the plum moth trap did work, so I guess it's a matter of trial and error.”

“Good quality products, reasonably priced, good delivery. Used for a number of years and will use again. My only gripe is the length options on the mesh, it goes various up to 5 meters but then jumps to 10. It would be nice to have other options between.”

“All products arrived by the date specified, however they were in two small shipments - it might have been more environmentally sensible to have had them in one shipment. For one of the products (slug/snail pellets) the container cap was alredy broken when it arrived and so much of the contents was loose inside the delivery box. There could be a link on the website to give more information about some products. In my case I needed slug nemetodes for the first time, and did not understand the criteria or conditions for their use until they arrived and read the packaging.”
