“Very prompt delivery indeed. Well packaged. Answered my email inquiry promptly too. Would be good to see the prices inclusive of VAT. The fruit cage netting was cut very close to the margin required so add on some length.”

“You know about the delay that was beyond your control. It would be helpful if you could flag up ,at the time of ordering /acknowledgement of order on/and at time of notification of expected arrival three to refrigerate the nematodes on arrival.I put the packet to one side until the next day,having failed to see the red advisory notice. Maybe they survived anyway- here's hoping. Regards , D.Thompson.”

“A good range of products and very fast service. I ordered a large Fruit Tree Bag early on Friday evening. It was despatched Saturday morning by Royal Mail Tack 24 who, thru incompetence, managed to take 4 days to deliver it, which is no reflection on Gardening Naturally.”

“All good, the product was easy to assemble and you can make to size required. I used 19mm tube and fittings of varying sizes to build fruit cage.you can cut tube easily if necessary.”

“Ordered nematodes - package arrived next day but, unfortunately, there was nothing inside! Rang company and explained and another parcel sent which did have product within. Apologies were forthcoming from company but how did an empty package get sent in the first place?”
