I still haven’t received my order which was placed 16 days ago, therefore it’s difficult to write a review. It is one week over the estimated delivery date with no correspondence regarding the delay.

The quality of the product was fine. However someone managed to access our account details through the companies account and several attempts were made to take money from our bank acct as well as nuisance calls. Bank situation quickly sorted but really inconvenient and as a result I would not buy from this company again.

No delivery date given, just informed it was dispatched also no way of tracking parcel. I hope it arrives in the next 5 days.

Following purchasing my materials from GN I was informed by them that their computer systems had been infiltrated and yes, you guessed it my credit card details had been stolen and attempts made to use it. GN assert they employ market-leading software to protect their customer's details, clearly this has failed. Fortunately, the credit card company had spotted the rogue transaction, cancelled the card and informed me of the issue - BEFORE GN had alerted me. Consequently, I now have no credit card until a new one can be issued, which is a major inconvenience. So beware before you give GN your details!

Ordered the soaker leaky hose which in their catalogue said could run off water butt. So connected up with Darlac timer but no water seeps out of the hose. If I take the end stop off the hose water comes through but put the stop back and water does not deep out of hose. Disappointed - contacted gardening naturally who seemed to have no idea how product works and told me to contact Darlac.

Disappointed with condition of product. Bought nemaslug and it was in somewhat congealed lumps , I would be very surprised if any slug control occurs.

I’m sorry to hear your order isn’t as expected. The manufacturer, BASF have changed the species of slug nematode they use, so the consistency and look has changed quite a bit. They now come in a higher concentrate so the package is slightly smaller and the product is more congealed and do take a bit of extra stirring but this is completely normal and all the slug nematodes will look like this going forwards.

DHL delivery shocking. So much so I wad seriously considering cancelling my order. Really advise your company to use alternative option. There are plenty available, eg DPD, UPS etc. When the consignment eventually arrived the van was 3rd party contractor for DHL. Surprised the van didn't break down. It was in a right state.
