Hello, unfortunately I didn’t realise until I had set the netting up. that I had been sent the wrong size it was 10m long not 20m long like I ordered, also has 4 rips in the netting 1 bring about 12” long. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the product, the directions seemed to make a very weak liqiud, and I ended up using the whole bottle.

Very disappointed just a piece of net for£18 !!!! No slots for canes . Have to pay out another £20 for poles and clips not impressed

Ordered some insect mesh to protect my plants 11 days later still have not received it paid £22.93 have emailed company no response very disappointed will have to get some from else ware if it does not arrive shortly I really thought this company was customer friendly but obviously not

The reason I gave this 0 is not because of the products or speed of delivery but the packaging. The products came in a large cardboard box but that had 5 miles of plastic packaging in it to fill the space. Well it felt like five miles more than likely 2 to 4 metres.

Apologies for this. The additional packaging is to protect your items during transit . We Are always looking for more sustainable ways for packaging our products for delivery and will continue to try and improve this for future orders.

I was very saddened and disappointed at the quantities of black plastic and other environmentally unfriendly and non biodegradable produce in the catalogue. With a name like Gardening Naturally I was expecting a very different range. I had hoped to be able to buy so much more from them but had to put the catalogue in the recycling bin. What a wasted opportunity!

Used once. Unfortunately the spring for opening and closing fell out, searched all over but never found. Fairly useless now. Not of the quality expected.

Nematodes, which require to be stored in the fridge, were send via 48 hours Royal Mail when the temperature in Engand was reaching summer's high. Why not via Royal Mail 1st class? This would be a day faster. Extending the delivery by one day surely reduced effectiveness of the namatodes.

Whilst the Garden Net was delivered when quoted, it was very badly packed. The product was all screwed up with creases scored into the net. This was not what I had expected. No care appears to have been taken in ensuring what appeared to be a good product was adequately dispatched. The Company has yet to make contact to rectify the situation.

I have finally received my order this morning. My live biological control contains one live Cryptolaemus montrouzieri, the rest are very dead. I will be seeking replacement or refund.

As discussed on the phone although these were dispatched 1st class with royal mail, they have taken two days to arrive which generally will mean they wouldn't survive. I don’t think the item I purchased was accurately pictured when I purchased online for £16.99,to subsequently discover returns are my responsibility at a cost of £10 renders me with an item I neither want or am at all happy with.

Waited 8 weeks without hearing anything. Phoned and cancelled the order when it arrived from another supplier (48 hours after order). A week later, received an email saying the order has been dispatched. Emailed to ask why. Another email apologising, confirming refund (it has been, though I haven't checked when it was done) and interception of order. Today I have an email asking if it has arrived safely (it hasn't) and will I write a review about the companies services? I always finish on a positive - they were very brave indeed asking for a written online review in these circumstances.
