“I bought a Pea and Bean Domed Frame in March for £89.99. I expected it to last a couple of seasons, at least, but it hasn't lasted one. Half way through this growing season, we had to devise a way of keeping the structure from collapsing. The poles that hold the two arched pieces together bent and the plastic bits that attach the poles together snapped. It really isn't strong enough and I thought for 90 quid it would be. If we'd had any wind at all, it certainly would have collapsed. Really disappointed. DON'T BUY THIS!”

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear this. Could you please provide images of the damage so we can get this looked into. It's very rare our 19mm aluminium poles bend however this will of course effect the whole stability of the frame. Any extra information you can provide in relation to the cause of the issue would be helpful. Do you feel the weight on the frame from the peas/beans was to much? Apologies for any inconvenience.

“Bought a Raspberry Beetle Trap which is supposed to hang up but totally fails. Cheap shoddy plastic container, warns you to be careful as the prongs you slot in may break, then has fallen out of the slots every time I go back to check it. Waste of money”

“I bought some slug killing nematodes really bad results didn't do anything it was worse because I had to water daily to keep the nematodes alive which the slugs loved very disappointed”

“They were late on delivery, never told me I had to call. When o did they said they were stock in soon. I then cancelled my order. They said that I would get a refund. They didn't and the product turned up 2 days later. In the description it states can't be used in soil temperature under 10 degrees. They selling this item in winter .”

“The worst service ever. If there was an option for a 0 star then it’s what’s they deserve. I placed an order on 16/12/21 and was told I would have it in 24 hours but up until today, I haven’t received it even after chasing twice and being reassured that the order had left their facility. On top of that there were excuses that they moved warehouses as if it was my fault. I will never use them again.”
