“Unfortunately the delivery of my fruit cage has over shadowed any positive comments that I might of had I don’t recommend DX the delivery option that was chosen for my delivery at all as they delivered to the wrong address then took 4 days to even contact me with regard to the miss delivery Gardening naturally where less tardy however I was still made to feel that some how it was my fault that they’d mucked it all up So well done to all NOT !”

“I ordered a net to cover brassicas to stop white butterflies laying eggs. It was next to useless as the mesh was too course and the butterflies could stick their abdomens through the netting to lay their eggs any way. It only works if none to the brassica leares actually touched the net.”

Hi, I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with this product. Unfortunately this is likely to be the case with netting that is touching the crop to protect against cabbage white butterflies, in which case we would recommend a frame for the netting to be placed over so that the butterflies are unable to reach the crop directly. The netting is 5mm x 7mm which is small enough to prevent the butterflies from getting through the netting, however there needs to be an adequate gap between the surface of the netting and the crop for optimum protection. “My purchase was for items to convert redundant netting tunnels. With items I have made a new, better version with more butterfly netting supplied. I have 2 more to do as required. Orders will come in due course. P.”

“The nematode control package does work in time, especially in combination with the sticky cards, but sometimes the two are not in stock at the same time, which is frustrating. The mixing process for the nematodes is complicated and fiddly, and I had to throw half of the solution away - a half size package would be more useful and much less wasteful.”

Hi, Thanks for your feedback on this product, I have passed this along to our purchasing team in relation to the out of stock components. With nematodes, you can't overdo it, so you can use any additional solution and apply to the same areas, which creates a higher concentrate of nematodes. If the nematode level is higher than the pest population level, the nematodes will die back to the correct level. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“Quick delivery. Fabric looks and feels sturdy. Height and width large enough to go over a potted Mimosa plant about 7 feet tall. Sadly the zip would not come apart to slide the cover sideways over the plant so struggled to place the cover over the plant.”
