“The web site has a great selection of products so I was able to order what I needed taking advantage of a discount. The package arrive quickly but missing a couple of small items. These were replaced the next day!”

“Ordered 2 metres of green shade netting- Product ruined by it being screwed up in a ball to make smallest delivery package possible. Left with permanent creases and unusable. Waste of time and money. Now seeking replacement product. Appalling thoughtless service!”

Hi, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Our shade netting is folded and packed for delivery, but it should not be sent in a way that makes it unusable. We have not received any photographs showing the issue, so we are unable to assess the condition of the netting from this review alone. If a product arrives damaged or unsuitable due to packaging, we always ask customers to contact us with photographs so we can investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate. “I've bought several items for my allotment now, and I've been very happy with all of them. The products are good quality, ordering is simple thanks to the range of options to buy either complete row covers and cages with a variety of covers or component parts to design your own, and delivery is quick. I'm often asked by other plot holders where I got my tunnel and cages, and I always recommend Gardening Naturally. (Image shows my brassica cage under construction using GN aluminium tubes and 'build a balls').”

“Bought this seed box as a birthday present for my wife, who was overcome with joy. Excellent build quality, beautifully decorated with spring flowers and the delivery time was very fast. Whats not to love! Will definately use your company again Thank you and many regards John Burchett.”

“Very good service. Everything I ordered arrived promptly with good updates regarding dispatch and delivery. “Received the cage on time and well packaged. The biggest problem was the instructions which could be more specific especially as I had ordered the door option. In addition the netting instructions where not very clear especially for the roof section where we eventually realised the netting had to be fitted in two sections. However I would order equipment from gardening natuarally again.”

“Purchased a few different things now and everything has been good quality and a reasonable price. The service/ delivery has been excellent. I was sent a brochure which I've passed on to my family and we can't wait to order more items. Only grumble is the postage can be a little expensive on some items but as I've stated the delivery service is worth it. Ive not had any problems so far so I would recommend this company”
