“Ordered nematodes - package arrived next day but, unfortunately, there was nothing inside! Rang company and explained and another parcel sent which did have product within. Apologies were forthcoming from company but how did an empty package get sent in the first place?”

We wouldn't send an empty package from our warehouse, I would assume it's been damaged in transit which can unfortunately happen from time to time. “I ordered two of the xl black planters , they arrived damaged, so after a quick call to gardening naturally , they promptly sent out another two ! DX sent me an email to say sorry , item damaged, so again I rang them . They quickly sent out further replacements and they are absolutely beautiful. Sometimes, accidents happen with delivery , but the way this company handled everything was testament to what a brilliant company they are ! I will be ordering more , thank you …”
