“Product quality good, slight confusion on the poles we bought, images make it seem they are "spiked" when they weren't Box delivery was made it was not suitable for the product, would have liked to have seen all the deer netting rolled as one rather than folded over its self and squashed in the box, made it hard to get out and gave the netting some "kinks" in it”

“I ordered a brochure only with plans to buy 6 x compact potting trays from you for our community garden. Unfortunately you were out of stock so I had to source them from Buckingham Nurseries instead. The brochure arrived very promptly.”

“Delivered on time. Think they should of advertised the product needed to be used by December the 1st and can’t be used under 5 degrees. Also that you need to store in the fridge.”

“My build it yourself fruit cage parts were not packed securely enough, resulting in the courier destroying the packaging in transit and loosing more than half of my order, most annoying. As you charge for delivery I would have expected the package to be packed securely. Gardening Naturally apologized and mailed the missing parts first class post, which was satisfactory.”

“I ordered an aluminium watering can and an additional rose which popped up advertising that it was a larger gauge hole one ideal for use with Nematodes. The watering can was ordered precisely for that use in mind. The rose was supposed to fit 'most' gauge funnels of cans but when it arrived it did not fit either the new can or our existing one. Still very happy with the new aluminium can.”

“I have alot of lawn and alot of ants nests. I tried the ant repellant which to a certain extent worked...... The ants moved to other parts if the lawn. Also having to keep the ground damp was a bit of a pain especially as the weather was against me.... No rain ha ha ha, when you want it it doesn't happen 🤷‍♀️. I think my next step has to be ant killer, as much as I don't like killing anything these ants are a real pain and Iv e had enough!”

“Ordered extra strong expanding trellis. Sorry to report I was disappointed that the trellis is Basically Well made but NOT extra strong. Only slightly thicker than cheaper found in Pound Store. Not the product I thought I was buying.”

“Seems a good product but the connector description was misleading. I assumed I ordered a pack of connectors but only received one connector in the pack . I ordered a pack of 10 rods and assumed the pack of connectors would match. I am loathe to pay postage just for connectors”

“I bought the veggie mesh, after trying to get rid of the caterpillars both cabbage white and cabbage moth, organically. Unfortunately the veggie mesh didn't keep the caterpillars at bay and I had to use a strong caterpillar spray to finally get rid of them. Disappointing, but I will use the veggie mesh as soon as I plant my brassica's next year before the butterflies are about”

“Our first order was fine but have had to wait too long for the delivery of the second treatment. Therefore the effectiveness was greatly reduced and our hostas have suffered. Probably it was beyond your control.”
