“Seems a good product but the connector description was misleading. I assumed I ordered a pack of connectors but only received one connector in the pack . I ordered a pack of 10 rods and assumed the pack of connectors would match. I am loathe to pay postage just for connectors”

“I bought the veggie mesh, after trying to get rid of the caterpillars both cabbage white and cabbage moth, organically. Unfortunately the veggie mesh didn't keep the caterpillars at bay and I had to use a strong caterpillar spray to finally get rid of them. Disappointing, but I will use the veggie mesh as soon as I plant my brassica's next year before the butterflies are about”

“Our first order was fine but have had to wait too long for the delivery of the second treatment. Therefore the effectiveness was greatly reduced and our hostas have suffered. Probably it was beyond your control.”

“Entire lawn smothered with ant nests, kids toys always swarming with them in minutes. Used one treatment so far, Appears to have had some effect. Still infested but not as bad. Will reserve judgment until second treatment, which will be applied shortly.”

“I specifically stated on my shipping details to NOT send me any more paper catalogues, as I shop online and am trying to be as "green" as possible. What did I receive? a package that actually had NO PAPER CATALOGUE printed on the outside of the label, but a PAPER CATALOGUE actually on the shipping list (at no charge of course) and stuffed in the shipping package. Please hire staff that are green minded also and CAN READ, thank you!!!!!!!" (product was fine)”

“Thought this product was supposed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days. I ordered mine on a Sunday and received it on the Thursday., even though I believe it was dispatched on the Monday. Also it’s says it should be kept in a fridge as it is a live product. Also the product would not totally dissolve, even after stirring with a paddle on a battery drill. So I had to continuously clear the watering can rise. I was going to use my Miracle Grow spreader but didn’t know if to put 1 litre of mixed product in or what!! It’s been down now for 6 days and the birds are still ripping up the grass to get the Chafer Bugs. Still hopefully it will work, but I know they are still alive.”

“I have found that the ants just move to another part of the lawn rather than it gets rid of them. I have tried with 2 packs now and the same result. Otherwise good fast service and great idea, just didn't work for me.”

“Communication re delivery is imprecise. We ordered nematodes for delivery on 24th June. We received an email that they were shipped on 24th June. They arrived on the 28th June. The package could not be tracked. This is not the first time this has happened. We spent 3 days worrying about the package.”

“The delivery didn’t come on the day they confirmed by email so that was a wasted day It arrived a day later not good having paid expensive for the delivery Product is fine but need to sort a better delivery service”

“Yes they came quickly. I dont know if they have worked yet so fingers crossed. I chose Gardening Naturally because it is natural but also I got a code to get 10% off but it did not work. When I told them they gave me another code but it was too late.”
