“After a long wait for the lawn scarifier to come back into stock, the parcel was taken in by a neighbour as we were out when the carrier called. The neighbour considered refusing to accept the parcel as it was nearly torn in half. However, as he could easily see that the contents were not damaged, he accepted the parcel. Although its a difficult shape the packaging was inadequate.”

“For some reason I was under the impression that the netting I’d ordered was on a roll. When it arrived folded I was somewhat bewildered. It made cutting it down to size extremely difficult. I have had to wrap it around a 7ft cane which is equally difficult for storing. I’ve since found rolls of a similar & suitable product in my local stores at a fraction of the price.”

“The aluminium tubes and the various black plastic joiner tubes are a very tight fit. I had to file the plastic down to get them in and then I had to use a mallet.”

“If you are a fruit cage novice like me I found it difficult to order what I wanted. I went for a kit but added spikes afterwards. I also decided afterwards on extension poles but did not use them in the end because it was all so unstable. Then we broke a joiner piece in putting the cage up and I had to order a pack of 4. They are not expensive but the postage is. It cost more than the replacement bits. I emailed the company on their form asking for advice but had no reply. The cage is up but the netting was not sufficient and I bought extra elsewhere.”

“Goods were not as expected 500 mm heigh netting was not long enough (considerable excess on 1200 mm heigh netting). Very difficult to put netting in soil. Was expecting a bar along the bottom”

“Too early to say! Packages delivered at th right time and guidance notes efficient. But the deadline dates are 19th May and 24th May...................not used therefore as the weather has been below th 5 degree threshold. WILL be used this weekend when weather warmer - and wet[you recommend applying when raining]. BUT even then we will not see any evidence of effectiveness for a while................................”

“Initially the wrong netting was delivered. This was a considerable irritation as it caused delay, and I was desperate, due to bird damage, to cover my raised bed with a cage. Once in possession of the correct netting I was pleased with the product which did what I wanted. More detailed advice on covering the cage with the netting would have been helpful. I have now ordered an identical cage for another raised bed, but I am yet to unpack the box. I trust the box contains the correct netting!”

“Quality of the products very very good. I did two orders and both of them had a missing items, which is very bad service because counting up to 4 or 20 is not a very difficult. Returned price £15”
