“Product arrived as described. What a shame it had to come in plastic packaging. It's was only straw. Surely a paper package would be fine.”

“Whilst I am pleased with the quality of the 4m x 3m Premium cage I must say that I was initially disappointed after seeing it firstly on the internet and assuming it came as pictured with a door that I would be receiving just that. I then realised that I would have to spend a further £104 + to purchase a door, so well fed up with that.”

“Not great experience. My order wasn't complete on arrival. I rang on a Saturday but there was no one available. I left a message with my number. no response so later on a Monday I rang again. My time my phone bill. The remains of my order was then despatched.”

“The nematodes arrived the day before expected, which was ok. I applied them immediately and have kept the area damp as instructed. It's too soon to say whether they are being effective - I'm expecting a second delivery in August, which is apparently the optimum time to apply them. Meanwhile the corvids are continuing to dig up my lawn 😟”

“I have purchased products on a number of occasions in the past and have been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, this time, the 2.6m enviromesh netting I ordered had been cut at both ends at such an angle that I wasted nearly 1 metre of the 6 metres just squaring the ends to match the frame.”

“The goods that were ordered arrive bed quickly and securely. The problem I had was I didn’t realise the joining corners were for a mix of tub sizes upright 16 horizontal 13 mm”
