black soft butterfly netting, very poor quality, breaks very easily, when you consider this is for use over a structure to keep butterflies away the plastic thread it is made from is far to thin to last, would not recommend this netting.

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear you are not happy with our netting. This is a product we have been selling for over 10 years and it's very rare to get a customer not happy with the quality. The netting will last between 5-10 years if looked after and is strong enough to be laid directly on veg or over frames. We use it on all our vegetables cages we sell and have never had any issues with the netting. You are welcome to return the netting for a full refund should you not feel it's suitable. The product did not have any instructions enclosed and I was unable to contact anyone to help as the office is closed at weekends. in view of the limited "shelf" life I had to apply in the way suggested on the web but without knowing if it applied to this product. Will have to wait and see if it works.

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear this. They usually come on the printed sleeve however the supplier has run out of printed sleeves so a paper copy should have been included. Apologies for any inconveience. Kind regards

Hi Just received metal hoop house poles , plastic covering and pegs to insert into the ground . They came very promptly however after construction and 2 days on the pegs continue to pull out of the ground and plastic is uncovering the beds I’ve replaced it 3 times now but not staying put . The pegs are very fragile and bend when hammering in and the plastic not heavy enough so flying away . I have 200 Ranunculus corms in the ground and they need protecting from the frost , any suggestions ?

Received my nematode box but when I opened it, it said use before 5/2020! It is 22/09/2020. Not at all happy with my order.

Hi, This date is the 5th of October 2020 so you have around 2 weeks to use the product. Nematodes are a live product so will only ever have an expiry date of around 2-3 weeks which is stated on the website. Should you have any further queries please let us know. Kind regards

Hello, unfortunately I didn’t realise until I had set the netting up. that I had been sent the wrong size it was 10m long not 20m long like I ordered, also has 4 rips in the netting 1 bring about 12” long. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the product, the directions seemed to make a very weak liqiud, and I ended up using the whole bottle.

Very disappointed just a piece of net for£18 !!!! No slots for canes . Have to pay out another £20 for poles and clips not impressed

Ordered some insect mesh to protect my plants 11 days later still have not received it paid £22.93 have emailed company no response very disappointed will have to get some from else ware if it does not arrive shortly I really thought this company was customer friendly but obviously not

The reason I gave this 0 is not because of the products or speed of delivery but the packaging. The products came in a large cardboard box but that had 5 miles of plastic packaging in it to fill the space. Well it felt like five miles more than likely 2 to 4 metres.

Apologies for this. The additional packaging is to protect your items during transit . We Are always looking for more sustainable ways for packaging our products for delivery and will continue to try and improve this for future orders.

I was very saddened and disappointed at the quantities of black plastic and other environmentally unfriendly and non biodegradable produce in the catalogue. With a name like Gardening Naturally I was expecting a very different range. I had hoped to be able to buy so much more from them but had to put the catalogue in the recycling bin. What a wasted opportunity!
