“One part of the order came through fine, the other ended up being cancelled as their supplier didn't have stock. They should have checked stock before listing the product for sale. 2 weeks of wasted time for me”

“I placed my order on 27/08 and the order showed delivery in 2-3 days and I thought that it would be delivered before I went away for a few days from the afternoon of 31/08. It did not come. I trust a neighbour or friend signed for it unless it was small enough to go through the letter box. There was a gap between the date of my order and when it was shipped that was misleading. I wrote the review and was told I hadn’t and presumably it would not go because you wanted a rating. How can I give a true rating when I don’t even know if the item is at home?”

“Delay in delivery annoying because they send messages "due between 13.59 and 14.59 but after one hours "sorry problems " next day same alert "delivery at around 12.59 "and then sorry. Finally on 3rd day of announcing delivery it came safe. The hooks for net not efficient ...preferably plastic clamps like small sea shells. Regards”

“Excellent goods as advertised but delivery awful. 2.5 hours later than the designated ‘hour’ delivery slot the first order. Second order due between 7 and 8 pm Friday - didn’t arrive until 3 pm Saturday. No notification to say it wouldn’t arrive and again missed the notified delivery slot by 2 hours the following day. I would think twice about ordering again because of this - wasted a lot of time waiting in and paid £4 each time. You need to change your courier.”

Although UK Mail as a whole are an extremely good courier sometimes we do get some isolated issues where they don't always meet the hour delivery slot given. “The product arrived quite promptly and all the components were included. However there is a serious design flaw in that the clips for the netting do not hold it in place when the wind blows. There should be hoops sown into the netting for the poles and a different type of clip that can be inserted into the top of each pole and which clamps the top part of the netting. I've made wire hooks to do a similar job.”

“Bought lady bugs twice now. Habitat they come in isn’t adequate for long term survival for the bugs. They died quickly without laying eggs. 2nd time I attempted to create my own habitat for them but to no success again, lady bugs still died in under 1 week. Would be good to send instructions with tips on how to maintain the bugs or offer a suitable habitat to puchase with the bugs. Disappointed.”

“I was pleased with the delivery. Popped it in the fridge as no evidence of sawfly. Went to spray gooseberries last night 5 bushes (nothing else needing it @ the mo). In the end just put some treatment in sprayer and put it on. No details of how long it can stay in water for No details of how quickly you know it's worked I see in Gardeners World they suggest spraying at 3 weekly intervals from early on I might be being thick and this information is there but I don't have a laptop to search”

“The order arrived promptly and the veggiemesh I ordered is very strong and looks as if it will do the job although obviously I will not be able to see whether it does the job till later in the year when the carrot fly etc is kept at bay.”

“Items are always of good quality but comfrey pellets had a split bag (again) and spilled all over everything else. Please don't change from paper to plastic though!! Otherwise pleased with purchases.”
