“Product very good. Delivery in two parts but one didn’t arrive without chasing the company and delivery service. It all worked out but Gardening Naturally don’t answer phones nor replied to three emails. As I said all was well but it gives the picture of an overstretched operation.”

“I ordered a tunnel and hoops, the communication and delivery were prompt. One of the hoops were bent on delivery. I sent an email informing the company of the fact and received a satisfactory resolution to the query. Although there was a problem l have received excellent service from Gardening Naturally. Thank you”

“A good quality cocktail shaker was not able to be opened on arrival. Contacted gardening naturally who came back quickly with a method to opening the devise & said that they would be checking rest of the batch”

“Great range of good value things. Quality control not so good as the excellent packing and dispatch arrangements. I bought a veggie cafe. One of the ten metal struts was too long-belonged to another kit. There was not enough netting for the size of cave-I had to improvise. Good quality but you need to check each item carefully on receipt.”

“I ordered two packets of nemodes under the impression that I would get one this month and the other in September (calendar on order form). I have received both with a cut off date of 1.6.2020. The ordering needs to be clearer as I have an extra one still in fridge. Only needed one for some pots that had become infected. I was going to do a second treatment in September as they can be quite virulent then.”

“To be honest I haven't opened the pack yet.However It would have been very helpful if the items I ordered had gone to the specified delivery address which isn't the same as the account address.”

“I have moved from my home address for work. Rented out my property, my tenants are looking after my garden. I ordered a Raspberry Beetle trap refill. There is no problem with the trap I used it last year, but the product went to my Billing address which is not what I asked for. I asked for it to go to the address where my Raspberry plants are.”

“I ordered a 3.6mx1.2mx1.2m veggiemesh cage. The straight tube connectors are very flimsy and bent under just their self weight - never mind with the mesh over. I ordered extra uprights, and cross bars and now have a serviceable cage - but at extra cost! I recommend that cages are NOT sold with straight couplers and wish I had saved money by buying a DIY cage from the start. Delivery was prompt.”

“To be honest, we were rather disappointed with the quality considering the price. We want to stop cabbage white butterflies from decimating our kale, but the door to the cage with the catch provided gives a nice big space for them to come flying through.”

“Ordered aluminium cloche Very difficult to erect as the metal rods did not fit the plastic connectors. Plus the insect netting was just a large piece if netting making it very difficult to fit over . Totally over priced. Would not recommend”

“The package was left next door (wrong house) and it was damaged, the top was open. The products appeared to be Ok. Too soon to assess most but coir block certainly expanded well. Hope Nemaslug packets are delivered to me, not next door.”

“Placed 2 orders. The first came but with an item missing. Phoned up about this and was sent the item quite quickly. Quite pleased with the response and pleased with the items generally. Second order came with tubing and items to make a cage and for this required netting 8x5 meters. Tubing and fittings were good and i was quite impressed with it when erected. However, the netting, although had a label stating 8x5, was infact only 6x5! If it wasn't for the hassle of getting out with the virus epidemic going on, would have returned it. Had to make do by adding some old netting. Disappointed.”
