Nemotodes were ordered for a specific delivery date but arrived a day later than requested.

I'm sorry to hear your order didn't arrive as expected. We do always try out best to get the delivery as close to your selected date as possible however, due to this being a live product with new stock arriving weekly we do specify on the website to allow a couple of days either side of your selected delivery date. Do let us know if you require any further assistance.

w/site seems to need some tightening. eg I wanted to delay delivery but couldn't alter date. I left instructions in the order box but without follow up this would not have been acted upon. Communication was polite 7 businesss-like. Thank you

Dear Mr Prowse We are sorry you had problems delaying your order, I will talk to our developers and see if there is anything we can do. Apologies again, kind regards

When it comes to ordering the quantity of any item I order, I find the website rather confusing; hence my recently receiving 4 packs of 5 vegetable sacks, when I thought I had ordered 4 sacks. You may wish to review the layout of your site so that it is absolutely clear what one is ordering. Make it clear to buyers that they are ordering single items or multiples.

Item came damaged however this may not be the fault of Gardening Naturally but the delivery company.

I ordered some nemontodes to be delivered wc Mon 15 July but by the Friday 19 July they hadnt arrived. I was told that although I had asked for delivery wc 15 July something had gone wrong and the computer has schedulled them for delivery the following week comencing 22 July and I was promised care would be taken to ensure they were sent on 22 July. That was the week of the heatwave with tempertures in the 90's and by the Friday they still hadnt arrived. I was assured that they were posted on 22 July and were in the post. In the end they arrived on Saturday 27 July having been in the post all week and with the high tempertures it was most unlikley they would be any good by then. I was promised a replacement package would be posted on the following Monday that was on Monday 29 July. This time they arrived on the following day and finally all is now well. I should say the lady on the telephone was really helpful and the gardening company cannot be blamed for delays in the post and did all they could to remedy the situation.

Not quite as green as I had hoped: plastic netting came wrapped in a quite unnecessary plastic bag! Website should include VAT in the displayed price for each product.

We are sorry to hear this. The plastic bags that the item was received in is recyclable but we always looking at ways to improve packaging. The website prices do include VAT but this is broken down in the checkout.

The product which we ordered - green netting to put over plants in our garden - arrived speedily, but was back netting. The invoice stated green, but it was black. The good news is that when i rang up, I was dealt with courteously and efficiently, and the next day green netting arrived by first class post.

A great pity that the mesh was badly hacked off a roll on both sides. Very unprofessional.

Placing the order on line was straightforward, although initially it said my payment had failed. I entered the details again and this was successful. initially by bank then showed 2 payments pending, but in fairness only 1 payment was taken. Not sure if this was website fault, my device or my banks error The items arrived on time and the quality looks very good. Unfortunately 2 netting clips where missing though.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues with paying for your order. We will have a look into this on our end. In regards to the missing pipe clips you should have received 21 with your order. If this is not the case we can send replacements if you require them?

I'm really sorry to hear this. We have checked your order and can see no notes regarding any delivery instructions. Can you advise where you left this note?

Goods arrived promptly, well packaged, but instructions were not helpful. The list of components for the beg cages did not match the contents. Rods were not labelled, so it took a while to work out that there were no 600mm rods and extensions, but 1200mm rods instead. A brief note on the instructions would have saved us a lot of time!

My only moan was that after a week the goods hadn’t arrived so I called you only to be told that there was to be a delay to my order. Would have been nice to have got a text/email/call to explain delay.

I do like your product of anti-bird netting. However, the information on the status of my order was not very helpful. It just says "complete" It does not say whether the package is out for delivery or still in the depot/shop or what.

Your online account will say complete when the order has been dispatched. Although this may not be clear you should also have received an email advising that your order has been shipped. We are looking into having this information fed through to online accounts so that you can pick up any tracking information from your online account but it is not yet available

It's a shame it was delivered to the wrong address. I was expecting a roll, but it was folded. Making it very hard to figure out how to handle it without getting it muddy on the beds, but some time tracing the edges sorted it. It seems to work in my poly tunnel, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

We ordered a walk in fruit cage. The poles arrived by DHL, but unfortunately the long poles were completely bent and the packaging badly damaged. GN were very quick to replace the items, and the second delivery was of straight poles. In our view the packaging was completely inadequate for such an item. The poles themselves were taped in bundles at each end, but were loose in an oversized box, such that any rough handling was bound to break the box and damage the poles. Why not tape together and wrap in close fitting plastic with a cardboard sleeve at each end? Or why not strengthen and protect the box ends and pole ends with corrugated card or layers of bubble wrap. Perhaps fill the box with shredded waste of some sort? We haven't yet erected the cage, as waiting for warmer weather.

Bought some greenhouse fleece with attachment clips. Fleece came in two sections, but even then it was too unwieldy to install in my 10x6 greenhouse. It would be better to supply it in 4 sections - 2 sides and 2 ends, with small clothespeg-type clips to secure the joins. Biggest problem was the clips provided.. They didn't twist and lock firmly in the frame channels. IAssume the width of these channels is pretty standard (my greenhouse was from B&Q). I resolved the problem towards the end by attaching a bit of multi-tack to the end of each clip to secure it. I wish I had done this at the outset. Oh well, you live and learn.
