“A part of the pop up poly cage was missing on arrival and as yet have not received the missing part so unable to use.”

“2-metre width of netting (20m) is adequate, but the 6 metres of 3-metre width is poor as it was cut from a 6-metre wide roll: I needed 6 metres from a 3-metre roll. For my purpose, I expected reinforced edges on the length, not the width. Consequently, what should have been a simple 'lift on-lift off' drape covering is now more complex. The GN website's product description is misleading.”

“Auto empty stopped working after a few times and I had to keep turning the machine off in order to get it to start again. Filter was cleaned but it made no difference. I will use it as a very expensive dustbin and dry vacuum cleaner, although this wasn't the purpose for which it was purchased.”

“Expected goods before leaving for USA for 12days but unable to book products before 7th May (flight 11th) nothing arrived so all my Hosta's will have made a fine dining experience for the resident slugs & snails.😥”

“Friendly customer service. Absolutely awful delivery service from UK Mail, excuses after excuses as to why they hadn’t delivered to our easy to find town house. I told Gardening Naturally that although it wasn’t their fault, I’d avoid shopping with them in the future because of UK Mail. They were very pleasant, an offer of a discount or voucher would have changed my mind but it wasn’t offered.”
